Golf-Cart (Not available yet), Heated community Pool, Rooftop Oasis with private Hot Tub, seating area two lounge chairs, pack and play, highchair, step stool for the little ones, Iron and Ironing board. Car garage parking for two cars, driveway two more, and there is street parking as well.

1st Floor- Main Entrance area-
• Private 2‑car garage, additional parking in front garage for 2 more cars.
• Golf cart can be driven on public roads where speed limit of 35mph or less.
• Elevator access to all floors.

2nd Floor -Main Area-
• Full kitchen with Cafe stainless steel appliances, fully stocked for cooking and dining.
•Coffee machine: Drip-regular and Keurig,
• Dining table for 8 + kitchen bar seating for 3.
• Living area with 65” Smart TV and Sectional Sofa.
• Private balcony with dining table for 4.

• Master Bedroom #1: Queen bed, 55” Smart TV, walk‑in closet, shared bathroom with bathtub. (sleeps two)

3rd Floor -Middle floor-
• Master Bedroom #2: King bed, 55” Smart TV, walk‑in closet, private bathroom with walk‑in shower. (sleeps two)
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed, 55” Smart TV, (sleeps two)
• Bedroom #4 (Bunk Room): Two full‑over‑Twin bed (sleeps 5), 55” Smart TV,
• Washer and dryer.

4th Floor -Top Floor-
• Master Bedroom #5: King bed, 55” Smart TV, walk‑in closet, computer desk, mirror and private bathroom with walk‑in shower.(sleeps two)
• Walkout rooftop deck with outdoor Hot Tub, sink, seating area, 2 lounge chairs.

Beach accessories
13 beach towels available for your use.
We have 13 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach wagon.

• In‑unit washer/dryer for extended stays.

*****Hot Tub Service Notice****

We have regular hot tub maintenance scheduled three times per week. You will be notified in advance of each visit.
The service team will enter through the main entrance, take the elevator, and access the area on the 3rd floor.
Thank you for your understanding as we maintain the facilities for your enjoyment!


***Pool depth ******

Please note that the pool depth starts at 3 feet in the shallow end and gradually increases to 5 feet at the deep end.
For your safety, kindly supervise children at all times and use the pool responsibly. Enjoy your swim!


****House Rule – Sand Policy*****

To help keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that no sand be brought inside the unit.

After visiting the beach, please take a moment to rinse off and remove any sand before entering, especially before going into the bedrooms.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding it helps us keep the space fresh and enjoyable for everyone.Thank you so much and enjoy your stay! 🌴

Provided as starters 2-3 days stay:

1 roll of paper towels, 2 TP per bathroom, sponge, trash bags, dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, laundry detergent.

2. Furniture
Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture. A service fee will be charged if not returned to its original position.
Do not stand on furniture or touch TV screens.
Guests will be charged for any resulting damage, including scratches, wall dings, or fingerprints on electronics.

3.BBQ Grill
Propane grill is provided, do not use charcoal in it. We don`t refill propane any grocery store or gas station. (Guests will be reimbursed if a refill is needed)

4.Smoking
This is a non-smoking property.
Evidence of smoking indoors or cigarette litter outdoors will result in cleaning and damage charges.

5. Pets, PLEASE READ:

Pets: We allow up to 2 dogs per booking. We do have a pet cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Pets are not allowed to pee/poop on the grass in the backyard. We will charge extra if any of these rules are violated. When you do walk your dog, please be respectful of the beautiful neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones!

6.Beach accessories
Beach towels 13 inside the house.
We have 10 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach wagon available for your use.

7. House Rules

No parties allowed, violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)
