We are a family of eight with six children, so creating spaces where people can gather, connect, and feel comfortable has always been important to us. Hosting has become something we truly enjoy. This home was thoughtfully designed with that in mind—from the open gathering areas to the cozy living spaces and outdoor patios where you can unwind and take in the surroundings. Whether you’re here for a concert at Red Rocks, exploring the outdoors, skiing nearby, or simply stepping away from the busyness of everyday life, our goal is for you to feel at home the moment you arrive.

When we first discovered Evergreen Meadows, we knew it was something special. We were drawn to the peaceful setting, the open space, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature—while still being close to everything Evergreen and the Denver area have to offer.
Situated on 2 acres, this property offers the best of both worlds: privacy and quiet, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. At the same time, you’re just a short drive from hiking trails, Evergreen Lake, Red Rocks, nearby mountain towns, and several popular ski areas, making it easy to enjoy Colorado year-round.
It’s a place where you can truly slow down, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and experience the beauty of the mountains in every season.
One of our favorite things about this home is the wildlife. Because the property backs to open space, it’s not uncommon to see deer passing through, elk grazing in the distance, and the occasional fox or hawk. You may even spot birds and other native wildlife right from the patio or through the windows, especially in the early morning or evening hours.
We chose this neighborhood because it feels like a true escape—peaceful, scenic, and connected to nature—while still being convenient to everything you want to experience during your stay.
