It was an absolute pleasure hosting Dannica and her family. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout their stay. They treated our home with great care, followed all house rules, and left the property exceptionally clean and tidy upon departure. We truly appreciate guests like them and would welcome them back anytime without hesitation. We highly recommend them to any host and would be delighted to host them again in the future.

Hi, I’m Jessica—your host here in beautiful Delta, part of the Metro Vancouver area. I’ve always loved meeting people from different places, which is one of the reasons I enjoy hosting so much. Living on the West Coast means I get to experience a great mix of nature and city life, and I love sharing that balance with my guests.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll usually find me exploring local cafes, spending time by the water, or working on making homes feel warm, welcoming, and well-designed. I have a strong interest in home styling and creating spaces that feel both comfortable and elevated—so I’ve put a lot of care into making sure your stay feels just right.

I truly enjoy helping guests have a smooth and memorable experience—whether you’re visiting for a vacation, work, or a special event. Hosting gives me the opportunity to create a “home away from home” for people, and that’s something I take pride in.

I’m always happy to share local tips, recommendations, or help with anything you need during your stay. Looking forward to hosting you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Welcome to a quiet and welcoming pocket of Delta, where comfort, convenience, and natural beauty all come together. Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this home offers a relaxing retreat away from the busy city while still being close to everything you might need.

What I love most about this area is how calm and safe it feels. You can take a stroll down the tree-lined streets, enjoy the fresh West Coast air, and truly unwind. It’s the kind of neighborhood where mornings are quiet, evenings are peaceful, and everything just feels a little more relaxed.

At the same time, you’re only a short drive from shopping centers, local restaurants, and everyday essentials. For those who love the outdoors, you’re also close to beautiful walking trails, parks, and scenic spots along the Fraser River—perfect for a morning walk or a sunset view.

One of the best parts of being here is the balance: you get the tranquility of a residential community with easy access to the energy of Metro Vancouver. Whether you’re visiting for a getaway, work, or a major event, this location gives you a comfortable home base to come back to.

It’s a neighborhood I genuinely enjoy living in, and I’m excited to share that experience with you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes this home truly unique is the thoughtful balance between comfort, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a space designed for real living.

The layout is one of its standout features, offering two well-appointed bedrooms along with a versatile recreation room that can adapt to your needs—whether you’re traveling with family, working remotely, or simply want extra space to relax. The full kitchen allows you to enjoy home-cooked meals, while the cozy living areas create the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring.

What I’ve personally focused on is creating a space that feels clean, modern, and stress-free—especially important for longer stays. Every detail, from the furnishings to the flow of the home, is set up to provide both comfort and convenience.

Another thing that sets this property apart is its location within a quiet residential neighborhood in Delta. You get a level of peace and privacy that’s hard to find, while still being within easy reach of Vancouver, Richmond, US border and major attractions—making it ideal for both relaxation and accessibility.

Whether you're visiting for a short getaway, business, or an extended stay, this home offers a unique combination of space, privacy, and a true “home away from home” experience that guests consistently appreciate.
