We were never able to stay at the property. They canceled the booking before we were able to have the opportunity to go. It left us in a very difficult situation. Then they were going to give only part of the refund but VRBO made it right. Extremely disappointed. We were looking forward to staying at the property.

This was Vrbo fault. I told them that my property is for midterm rental (30 days minimum), not short term. They listed my property without updating the term and condition of the property. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
