It comes complete with beach towels, mats, boogie boards, toys, suntan lotion and beach bag etc for your convenience. Top floor condo 4 blocks from the beach and 1 block off Main St. No car needed but it does come with 2 gated and secure parking spots with numerous guest spots as well.

Enjoy the property pool, jacuzzi and club house which also has an outdoor shower when you come off the beach. Great coffee shops, cafes and shopping right around the corner.

A new 60" smart TV and a smaller one in the master bedroom as well.The condo comes complete with kitchen wares and all you'll need as well as bathroom soaps, shampoo and conditioners.
