This completely remodeled home awaits your next Tahoe getaway. Boasting an updated interior and amenities, this home offers easy access to the area's best attractions including championship golf, skiing, and of course, activities and recreation on Lake Tahoe. Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Incline Village Championship Golf Course, and the Incline Village Mountain Golf Course are all within a quick drive of the home.



Enjoy morning coffee each day on the balcony while taking in the crisp, alpine air. The beautifully appointed interior has been fully updated with new fixtures and furnishings and features a split-level design. A sunny sitting area and TV room greet you on the ground floor, with two guest rooms and a full bathroom down the hall. A wet bar equipped with a microwave and beverage fridge is also provided on this floor for household convenience.



Upstairs, the brightly-lit main floor living area features an open-concept layout equipped with modern amenities and essentials. The kitchen comes fully furnished with updated, stainless steel appliances, including a farmhouse sink and dishwasher for easy cleanup.



Full meals can be had together at the dining table set for six. After the day's adventures, grab a bottle of chilled wine from the beverage cooler and cozy up around the living room fireplace to unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV. A baby gate, high-chair, and children's games are provided for those traveling with little ones.



Things to Know

Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

This property exceeded our expectations! Super clean, great location walking distance to the lake and shops. Perfect floorplan for the two of us we only used the upstairs, this property can easily accommodate 6 or more people. Super comfy bed, bright open floorplan, quiet location nestled in the towering pine trees. Avari Property Mgmt was excellent at communicating with us the check in/check out process was a breeze! Our vacation was spectacular due to excellent host and perfect property.

Our stay was great! The place was very clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, making it a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. One feature we especially loved was that the TART bus stop is right on the corner. Since it's free during the summer, we didn't have to drive everywhere, which made getting around to certain places easy and convenient. We'd definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION We got this place because it said walking to incline beach, but in very small print which we were pointed out later that we actually don’t have access to that beach or any of the amenities. Gave us an invalid code (took us 45 mins to get in), and never gave us a new code so we had to use the key the whole time. Even though they said they would message us back with a new one within a day. Filed a complain with the property management company who said they would get back to me 24-48 hours and it’s been 2 weeks. Cherry on top, no games even though they said they had some. House itself was great.
