The Space:

Year-round resort living awaits at this relaxing Sunriver retreat. Situated near the Cottonwood Road entrance to the resort, you'll enjoy a convenient location close to the Private Woodlands Golf Course, the north tennis/pickleball courts, and Fort Rock Park. The SHARC facility is just over two miles from your front door along a beautiful bike path. Private perks including a hot tub, barbeque, a ping-pong table, pop-a-shot basketball, bikes, games, and more provide added home entertainment and easy accessibility when it comes to getting around the area. Partial views of Mt. Bachelor beckon you up to the slopes (just 22 miles away) during the winter months. The private deck comes furnished for outdoor leisure.



When you want to relax at home, the upper and lower living areas provide plenty of flexibility for the whole group! The hot tub offers tranquil privacy, whereas the ping-pong table, cornhole, and basketball hoop welcome friendly fun and competition in the garage-turned-game room. The updated kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and counters for easy meal prep. Lots of seating is available around the gas fireplace for watching movies on cable or streaming. There's also a grill out on the deck for year-round cookouts. Home essentials include free WiFi, air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

The home was well stocked with any appliance you could need. The home was clean and looks recently updated. We had a wonderful time and even got to use the Sharc with passes from the rental. Overall a great place for a family stay, we will rent again!

Big enough for the whole family

The living spaces were large enough to accommodate our family of 6 adults. There was additional beds for four more. The jets in the hot tub felt wonderful after a full day of biking. I liked the location because it was out of the main loop, and felt like we had a nice home to retreat to.

Great friends and family trip!

Overall, we had a great stay. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for a family to enjoy including a closet stocked full of games. Home includes 8 SHARC passes which was one of the favorite activities! The home has lots of natural light, it’s kid friendly, entertainment in garage (ping pong, basketball, corn hole) plenty of bikes of all sizes, scoot bike, kids bikes, bike trailer, and helmets. The great bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor with the kitchen, dining, and living room as well as a fully fenced in upper patio deck with outdoor dining furniture. The main floor also has a half bath too. The other two bedrooms and one full bathroom were down stairs. The downstairs bedrooms each had a queen bed and twin size bunks, sleeping about four people in each room comfortably. There is a second living room with a tv downstairs too and access to the lower level patio with the hot tub. The lower level patio is not fenced in which is important to note for families traveling with dogs. Just a few issues to note… the beds weren’t incredibly comfortable, the house could use a deep clean, the upstairs gets hot and stuffy as the sun sets, but downstairs was ice cold. However, nothing was that bothersome to reach out for support during the stay.
