The Space:

Enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this newly remodeled condo. This rental has all of the amenities and features that will have you feeling right at home, including well-appointed furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and flatscreen, cable TVs. It has a great location close to the Convention Center and downtown Seaside. There is also a nice balcony that offers views of the Necancium River that runs right out to the ocean.



What's nearby:

Downtown Seaside is a short, half-mile walk to the south along the riverfront where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other whimsical choices.

The cleanliness. Was good except the floor. The rest of the home was good for what we needed for our stay in seaside. Aside from the power outage during the tsunami advisory. That’s not their fault though. We would recommend this place

Great getaway

Took a family vacation recently and stayed here. Was very clean and decorated nicely! Quiet, clean and bang for our buck considering the price of most rentals now especially since it was near the city center and we could walk to the beach or around town as preferred. Really enjoyed our stay!

easy location, clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Difficulty with poor lock system required 20 mins w customer service both to access property and checkout to leave keys.

The condo is super close to all the fun things you want to do in Seaside. It had everything we needed, but the furniture and carpet were pretty heavily stained. Loved having the full kitchen so we could make our own meals after playing on the beach.

Clean with great location

This condo was super cute and clean! Right on the river and only 2 blocks from the beach. We had great parking with easy access. The decor inside is beachy and cute. Our beds were very comfortable and there’s plenty of seating in the large couch! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and nice. The couch has been updated from the pictures and is very comfortable. We did struggle a bit with the tv/ WiFi but there is a dvd player and a really great video store just down the road. We really enjoyed our time here

Peaceful Stay

My fiancé, three dogs, and myself had an amazing weekend stay here. The unit was well-cleaned and decorated, along with the area itself being quiet despite being close to the busy boardwalk; the nosiest encounter you might have are just the local seagulls. We really enjoyed how close to were to the boardwalk area, beach, and shops scattered around Seaside while our dogs took in the sights.

Nicely updated and decorated condo.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and beautifully decorated. Only downside is the pet fees. I can't say it’s dog friendly when the fees are more than we spent on the room.
