Hello Leah. Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear some aspects of your stay didn't go as well as we all would have liked. The property has a water reservoir, when 8 people shower in a row it is normal that the reservoir gets empty. Then you have to wait a little (1 hour) and the water reservoir gets full and warms up again. When you contacted the property host at 11pm, she was already sleeping and so got back to you the following morning. There are plenty of spare towels and bed linen in the bathroom, and you were advised of this during your stay. We appreciate your concerns regarding the cost of your stay. Please note that all costs are displayed at the time of booking, and we strive to ensure that our pricing is competitive and fair. Additionally, please keep in mind that each property is unique and may have different pricing based on various factors such as location, amenities, and availability. As this is a newly built villa, we feel it is competitively priced and offers good value. Your comments are valuable and will be used to further improve the service we provide.
