This home is located just a few blocks from the Nye Beach area of Newport, in the historic Deco District. You're within a short walk of dining, shopping, and the beach.



This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers all the classic amenities like a washer/dryer, and entertainment like WiFi, cable, a Blu-ray DVD player, and a Wii console.



The open living space has views of the ocean horizon. For a delicious sea breeze, head out to the deck to enjoy your meals, your novel, or storm-watching. The living room offers new furnishings, perfect for cuddling upon if it rains.

It was an excellent stay. Great place. Great location. Everything was great. One minor thing for the cleaners would be to cleaning under the couches and the beds. For those of us that might have some allergy issues. There's a little bit dirty under there.Outside of that it was great

Plenty of Room!

There was plenty of room for 7 adults, especially great for dining. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and close to the Bayfront and Nye Beach. Also, it had plenty of dishes for us to use. View of the ocean from the back deck was really nice!

Plenty of Room

There was plenty of room for 7 adults, which was great, especially in the dining area. Also, there were plenty of dishes for us to use. It's in a great location as it's walking distance to the beach and close to Nye Beach. I also love that you can see the water from the back deck!

Great place in Newport

Great place within walking distance to many amenities. 5 bedrooms makes the place ideal for larger groups. We would definitely rent this place again if we come back to Newport.

Awesome family beach house

The house has three levels with five bedrooms, two baths, and easily accommodates several generations of families or groups of adults. It was well-stocked with towels, bedding, cleaning & laundry supplies, as well as small appliances and basic cooking ingredients, seasonings, etc. The central Newport location gives easy access to beaches, bay front, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again if needing to accommodate a large group.

Great home and fantastic location.

We rented short term but would definitely return for a longer stay. Kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of room for our three adults and four teens. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Peaceful Stay in a Charming Home

This charming older home offers spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. However, some updates would enhance the experience, such as washer/dryer, new sofa and blankets. Despite some minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the house comfortable overall. With a few thoughtful updates, this rental could be even better for future guests.

Great Group House

We stayed here with family for a weekend. This house was clean, big enough to accommodate everyone in our 8 person party, and was a very walkable location. The house was well stocked and had plenty of sitting/dining space. I would highly recommend this house to any large group needing a place to stay!

We like the proximity to both Nye Beach and the Bay Front plus the view of the ocean. The living quarters are very comfortable with lots of room for social gathering and food prep in the kitchen plus lots of comfortable seating on 2 couches and easy chair.
