Great for family trip with 4 kids ages 11-16. Location is awesome for letting the kids ride their bikes or walk to the village on their own. It was busier in this area (cars and bikes) but we still got the family of deer with twin babies just 15 feet from the back patio. The bike selection was fantastic! Hot tub was great too, tucked away for privacy but within view of the kitchen and living room so kids could safely enjoy too. Ping pong and pac-man and tons of games. Well stocked kitchen. You can walk to the market! Also close to the marina where we could launch or paddle boards for a float. Sharc passes were a huge help too. Had a really great stay, would absolutely return!

This home has everything - proximity to the village, comfortable bedding, a hot tub, several bikes, a foosball and ping pong table, an old school video arcade, Alexa, SHARC passes, and a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely return!

Very roomy, clean and well appointed house - a short walk to Sunriver Village. Family of 8 and two dogs enjoyed 2 nights in this beautiful house. Wish we could have stayed longer.
