This townhouse is within walking distance of everything in downtown Government Camp, including shops, restaurants, and museums like the Mount Hood Cultural Center & Museum. For skiing and snowboarding, Mt. Hood Skibowl, Timberline Lodge, and Mt. Hood Meadows are all within easy driving distance. Summer Ski Trip Mt Hood

We came from Southern CA to attend the Mt Hood Summer Ski Camp and had a wonderful time! The townhouse has everything that one needs and it is a 10 -15 min drive from the Timberline Lodge. The proximity to the forest is great and it is very cozy and serene. Overall, can strongly recommend it for a family stay! Thank you

Great location!

The condo is near bars and restaurants in downtown govy (all within walking distance). The unit was the perfect size for a small group and had all the amenities.

Mountain Getaway

Visited in May 2024 for a hiking trip. The location was convenient to many trails in the area. The property was great. All the amenities were available as listed, the place was clean, and instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely visit again!

My daughter and I stayed here during a ski trip to Mt. Hood. Some friends joined us for 1 night. It was a very positive stay. Nice & cozy cabin feel with fireplace. Comfy beds. We were able to park friends' car behind ours in the garage. Well located to shops in Government camp and close to Mt. Hood.

Great view, location, and decor

This place was lovely to stay at. Very easy access to the town. The decor is super cute! There is also a rushing creek behind the property is super cute and adds to the romance of the place. The master bathroom stopped working and the host was very prompt at coming out to fix it (though it was still not working when we left). I would recommend this please and would come back again!

Enjoyed the stay, very clean and comfortable townhome right in Govt Camp. Enjoyed the back deck overlooking the creek. Easy check in and out. Minor maintenance issues: garbage disposal not working, CO monitor not working, and not able to stream Netflix as advertised. But, would definitely stay again.

A cozy place to stay in Government Camp

The home was a warm and cozy place to come back to after a day of cross country skiing. The outside temperature was very cold, but the central heating system kept us warm. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen area was clean and well stocked with what we needed to prep meals. (Note: the coffee maker takes ground coffee. I could not find any reference to that in the listing, so we brought ground coffee and Kuerig pods with us just in case.) The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. It was very quiet. We slept well. It was nice to have a heated garage to park the car in when it was so cold outside

This townhouse was ‘standard’ clean, had sufficient soft seating, as well as dining room seating, pleasantly decorated, end unit with more windows and running stream at back that makes lovely relaxing sound. Mgmnt was responsive to most requests- was crickets when I complained about beds incorrectly advertised. It’s got only a queen bed (Mbdrm), full bed (2nd bdrm) twin bunk beds (on the upstairs landing area) and a sofa bed in the living room. We rented this when it was stated 2 queen beds. For summer rentals, be aware there is no A/C (was disclosed but I missed it). Steep stair cases (2 flights of 15 each), no remote for garage, poor quality kitchenware.

Nice place!

Nice condo for our stay. Great location and easy access; cute place. My only thought was that it could use some updating (new pots and pans come to mind). Could have been a little cleaner (there was hair in the bathroom). Also, I only stay at non-pet friendly rentals due to allergies and it was obvious from the minute I walked in that the owners have dogs there. There was a dog pen in the living room and carpets could use a good cleaning under it. Overall would recommend it, though, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location but lacking important amenities

The location is hard to beat and pool / hot tub are great! The home itself is quite worn and the kitchen lacks essential items like potholders and jet dry which is required to make dishwasher work. Cleaning staff was still cleaning when we arrived so our check in was delayed. We were asked to start a load of laundry and dishes before we left, but there wasn’t soap of jet dry so we could not. We will probably opt for a different unit next time we stay at Collins Lake.

Great townhouse option in Government Camp

My party of four plus a toddler had a great Labor Day weekend staying at this townhouse while exploring Mt Hood and the surrounding area. The townhouse was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and with a television in each of the two bedrooms as well as the living room, options for entertaining ourselves was never an issue (the provided wifi was quite decent as well). The only reason I'm taking off one star is because the central heating/cooling system was quite confusing to figure out. We spent the first night practically shivering in the cold as the heater was not working like it was supposed to. The next day I figured out how to program the system properly after fiddling around with the controls for a bit...but providing some detailed instructions on how to operate it would definitely have been welcome.

Amazing property in an amazing place!

We had a party of three adults and one ten year old. More than enough space and bathrooms! Balcony had an amazing view of snowy trees and river. Spacious garage with room to hang out and to hang snowy clothes after a day of riding. Kitchen stocked with about everything you would need. Beautiful dinning room table. Lots of stairs!! The pool and 2 hot tubs are about a minute walk from the front door. 2 minute walk to the shuttle stop that takes you to timberline for $2. Government camp is about a four min walk to various places to eat, a store, and an arcade. After arriving we didnt get back in our car until we had to leave! Everyone is so friendly!! By the time its time for you to leave youll wish you had booked just one more night!! Absolutely some of the best times you will experience! We were fortunate enough to be there during a ton of snowfall so we did hear lots of plowing sounds throughout our stay but that is part of mountain towns during winter to make sure people are safe! Highly recommend this place.
