The Space:

Get away to the coast in this barn-style home with rustic touches throughout! Gorgeous pine accents throughout the interior walls, a wood stove, along with colorful furnishings set the tone for a fun vacation (try to find the painting of the different whales!). Outside you will find a great deck area with plenty of seating, a fire pit for added warmth, and a gas grill for BBQs. Feel free to bring the family dog along!



The house is centrally located, just one block from downtown and one-tenth of a mile away. Head two blocks north to Laneda Avenue, where guests will find plenty of shops, wine tasting, and numerous dining options. Manzanita Links (just over half a mile away) provides a fun nine-hole course close to the shore.



Things to Know

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The grill is only available during warm seasons.

This house is beautiful, and in the perfect location! Steps from the beach and town, on a quiet and peaceful street. The home is specious and was very clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, the service from management company was disappointing. Answers provided to the questions before arrival were just incorrect. When we arrived, the key pad was out of order, which we did not learn about until we called the management company. They said they would fix it, but did not. The alternative option was very much less than ideal. The home also had inconsistencies in the stocked materials. There were tons of dishwasher tabs but only one very small shampoo for the two bathroom home.

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay, this was our first visit to Manzanita and loved the slower pace and small town vibe. the location is great, very walkable to both the beach and to town.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely beach house. The house was clean, comfy, and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We are ready to schedule our next visit. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home close to the beach

This home is walking distance to the beach (just a couple of blocks), is very cozy and clean, and has all the amenities of home. Staying here makes our stay in Manzanita very enjoyable and worry free. Also very close to downtown.

Good place for the two of us. South facing, lots of light except for the main bedroom where you don't want it. Well equipped. Very quiet, at least at this time of year. Easy walk to beach. Fun decor.
