The Space:

Modern, comfortable, and only a four-block stroll from the gorgeous ocean beach, this home brings a sense of ease and relaxation to any Seaside getaway. Spend long summer days building sandcastles, boogie boarding in the crashing ocean waves, and basking in the beauty of the Northern Oregon Coast.



This two-story home enjoys an eminently walkable location, four blocks east of the beach and the oceanfront Seaside Promenade. Head north for four blocks and you'll be in the heart of downtown, where an array of shops, restaurants, and sources of entertainment line Broadway. There's so much to explore nearby, including the Seaside Aquarium (half a mile), the Seaside Golf Course (one mile), the Tillamook Head Trail (two miles), and Cannon Beach (nine miles).



The house was designed and outfitted for beach-goers, offering everything from beach chairs, towels, mats, and sand toys to a convenient beach wagon to load them all into. Upon your return each afternoon, you can toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer and soak up a few more rays of sunshine in the spacious, fenced backyard.



The interior is bright and polished, with an open, modern kitchen sitting at the heart of the home. Cook with ease using stainless steel appliances (including a gas range and a French-door fridge), gather for family meals and board games at the dining room table, and stream your favorite movies in the living room after dinner. At night, all three bedrooms are upstairs, including a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a dedicated desk workspace.

Amazing family vacation spot!

This is our second year staying at this house and we look forward to many more years coming back! Super family friendly with a wagon full of toys for a beach day as well as everything in the house to be comfortable! We love that it is also walking distance to fun and food in Seaside! So much fun to be had with a comfy place to come home to!

The location to the beach was perfect! The house was nicely appointed and very functional. There was some traffic noise in the mornings but nothing too bad.

The perfect family getaway !

What an amazing vacation home! Our family enjoyed the beautiful open layout of the home to also include the fenced back yard for the children to play. Minutes away from the soft sandy beach of seaside and the house was stocked with almost everything you could need for a fun beach day. Lastly, internet was fast and both my wife and I had no issues working remotely. Highly recommend!!

Serenity in Seaside was the perfect place for our Mother/Daughter getaway. So close to the beach and downtown Seaside. Super clean, nicely appointed. Our beds were so comfy and we both slept well every night. The decor is right on point with being at the beach. We had a challenge with the door lock and the management responded quickly to remedy our issue. Again, highly recommend this property.

Seaside getaway!!! 🌊

We absolutely loved our extended weekend! Our rental was a perfect home base for our activities. Walking distance to most areas, even the beach! The house itself was well furnished, it was equipped with everything we needed. We had plenty of extra linens, and an extra fold away cot in the closet. The beds, each one was extremely comfortable, everyone had great nights of sleep.

Dirty floors and counters

The house was beautiful outside and in. It accommodated our family of 8 with a large shared spaced with comfortably furniture and great sleeping bedrooms with nice linens and comfortable beds. We were disappointed on arrival when we entered the house and found the counters sticky and toe nail clippings on the floor of the main bathroom. It gave us a very unclean feeling. We all pitched in and cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms counters, tables along with sweeping the floors. With eight of us staying in the house we quickly went through the half rolls of toilet paper that each bathroom had with no replacements. Going to the store during the late hour of the evening was not convenient. The management did sent four rolls over by the following morning.

Always Our Go To!

Our family and extended family love to stay at the Serenity in Seaside. It’s clean, has all the utensils and staples we need in the kitchen to make home-cooked meals when we aren’t walking to downtown for local eats or the arcade, and conveniently located! Our boys love biking on the boardwalk a few blocks from the house, going to the arcade, and the amusement park that is perfect for littles (small rides) and adults (mini golf and go carts) alike. We’ve been so busy at the beach we haven’t frequented the aquarium but that is on our list! Corn dogs, fried oysters, crepes, ice cream, pizza are all a must every visit. Even at the house, the children love to run around the backyard racing and busying themselves. We just went for the first time in the summer and the weather was perfect! Sunset was beautiful. Fall and winter were also a blast. Pro tip for parents: bring sunglasses for windy days when the sand kicks up during sand play and always a sweatshirt/windbreaker/sun hat. Beach toys are available in the garage so that’s one less thing to pack and this time we brought minimal food items and opted to buy everything at the grocery store two minutes away. Shopping is also nearby.
