Enjoy a spacious floor plan that includes an inviting living room with a smart TV, a dining room, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, along with a half bathroom. The living room opens up to a breezy private deck furnished for outdoor lounging. A cozy, closed-door den includes a sofa, an electric fireplace, and its own deck access. Lots of space

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent. The condo is a bit shopworn. There is definitely an issue with noise, especially at night.

Cozy and comfortable

The house/condo was really enjoyable. I liked the use of the space and the amount of space. The location was nice and tucked away but getting everywhere was fairly easy. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to tale a break and relax on the island of hilton head.

Nice but noisy

Enjoyed the condo, enjoyed the very nice swimming pool. The location of condo near multiple bars and restaurants along property line caused significant levels of noise late into the early morning hours.

The master bathroom sinks clogs and I had to keep opening up the drain stopper every time it’s used. More over Vacasa was not even courteous to provide a late check out by a couple of hours. I don’t recommend the stay if you have kids. Too dusty home and bugs/spider all over the home . The hvac vents had dusts from years. I would not recommend the place.

Well worth the money!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Shipyard on Hilton Head. Here are a couple of things about the property. 1- You are roughly 2 miles from the beach. It’s walkable but don’t expect to just walk to the beach dragging your stuff. We did have a beach parking pass and were able to find close parking each time we went, daily. 2- The WiFi password given didn’t not work because the network was different than what Vacasa provided. We just used our phone’s hotspot all week. I tried to get this fixed but I didn’t have time to trouble shoot the internet while on vacation. 3- TV top notch. We were able to stream any service without adding our passwords. I don’t know if this was a mistake but we loved it. 4-Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. We cooked breakfast and lunch there daily. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. 5- Here are directions to the pool. Step off the back porch. Walk thru the two buildings infront of you. Bear right and walk thru the next two buildings, bear left and there’s the pool. Beautiful views of the golf course with shade and a breeze! Thanks for a great vacation!!!
