Best location EVER!!!!!!!

Location, a few hundred yards to the beach and the Dunes House Grill. We stayed at Moorings43 last year and again this time. Now Hilton Head is the only coastal resort/island we want to go to. The condo is extremely clean, check-in process without flaws, AC very comfortable and all appliances worked.

Good base

Nice location with easy access to biking, beach and restaurants. There are two sets of steps to the front door, but the condo is a one floor plan.

Condo is in a great location. Beds are comfortable . Furniture is older but comfortable enough. Bathrooms have had a little updating. Upstairs guests and side condo guests can be noisy.

Clean! Close to the beach

Nice clean property, everything has expected per the listing. Would be nice if Palmetto Dunes followed their own quiet time restrictions though. Landscapers start as early as 6am blowing and cutting and do everything else, so don’t expect to sleep in at all.

Awesome condo!!!

Condo was exactly as described and perfectly fit our family’s needs. This was our first time traveling with our family pet and renting a pet friendly space so we were a little leery of the cleanliness and possible odor. However we were relieved, the condo was very clean and had absolutely no smell of previous pets. We typically rent in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation, but this was our first time at The Moorings. The pool by the condo was much nicer than ones in some of the other neighborhoods. Look forward to staying in this unit again.

Amazing Property

This was a well-appointed, clean, roomy property in a fantastic location! I loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit with their own full bathrooms. The walk to the beach was 3 minutes away. The tennis courts and bike and kayak rentals were 5-7 minute walks. We parked our cars and only used them once. (Two flights of stairs to get to the unit if stairs are an issue for you.) Beds were comfortable. It was quiet when we were there. Everything about it was wonderful. We had a few questions and the owner was prompt and easy to access. Great place to stay!

Bad experience

I would have expected for the amount of money we paid a much better service. I already sent my review to Vacasa. I believe we should get some refund for all the hastle and time wasted on our end trying to contact someone to come and fix two showers that did not work. Decks were dirty. Like they had not been cleaned in months.

Great Value, Very Clean and Perfect Location.

We liked everything about our stay. The unit is close to the beach, Pickleball and The Dunes House Restaurant. The place was very clean. The only issues were we couldn’t find any pot holders and the water in the tub off the bedroom could not be turned on. The water wasn’t a huge problem because there is stand alone shower in the laundry room which was great.

Amazing Rental

The unit was just as described. Very clean. The rental company truly seemed like they cared and wanted to make sure our vacation was perfect, first time any company checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. I will use them again and definitely will try to get the same unit again.

Can't wait to come back!!

Amazing location!!! Make sure you read the proper check in instructions because we went to the condo first and had to leave and drive to the Vacasa property. It is the perfect location to the beach, just a short walk (maybe 90 seconds :)) and we spend so much time at The Dunes House to grab food and drinks!

Great Location

We love the location. We love that it is pet friendly. There are a few issues with condition of furniture and cleanliness. It does need to be sprayed for pests.
