The Space:

Completely renovated in December 2021, this top-floor two-bedroom/two-bath condo offers the complex's largest available layout. Enjoy views of a tranquil lagoon and spot local wildlife from the comfort of your private, oversized balcony. Just 300 yards from the beach, your mid-island locale offers quick access to the coast. This condo is also located directly across from a pool and hot tub. Additional amenities include a playground, tennis courts, and racquetball courts.



The open living area is outfitted with brand-new furniture and includes a love seat, sleeper sofa, and 55-inch TV. Glass doors slide open to the private balcony, which features lovely lagoon views.



Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, a full suite of appliances, and dry bar complete with beverage fridge. When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six.



Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the primary bedroom, which also features a 55-inch TV with a DVD player and direct access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom is configured with a luxury, tiled shower and barn-style door. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds. In the guest bathroom, you'll find a tub/shower combination.



As part of the luxe community of Fiddler's Cove, you'll have access to a wide variety of resort amenities during your stay. Enjoy two heated pools (open March - November), a kiddie pool, hot tub, and a beach access trail. Soak up the sun on the community sun deck and host a family cookout at the grill area. Two indoor racquetball courts, a playground, and 10 clay tennis courts provide fun activities for the whole family (half of the courts are open in the winter).



Spend a fantastic day kayaking, fishing, or simply lounging on the soft white sand - the street that leads to the beach is only steps away. For outdoor enthusiasts, you'll find diverse wildlife and excellent hiking in nature preserves as well as safe bike paths around the island. To practice your swing, visit one of the stunning golf courses nearby - like Port Royal and the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course. Room was nice, generally Clean. There needs to be a few repairs to some of the condo (master suite sink spigot was loose and wiggly, master suite shower door was broke off its tracks, refrigerator needs replaced). But, overall a nice stay and nice condo.

August Beach Vacation

We loved this unit. The location is great - directly across from the pool, wonderful view of the lagoon from the large balcony, and short walk to the beach. There was plenty of beach gear to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family stay

The apartment was lovely. Clean, tastefully decorated, had everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. We have small children and the apartments made us have great experience and felts as comfortable as we would be at home. Walking distance to the beach and the pool was right there!! What else would you need!! We would definitely love to be back!

The best week!

We had the best week staying at fiddlers cove! Rarely does the room look better than the photos, but here it does! The room was clean, airy, and bright, unlike many of the places we’ve stayed on the island before! We were right beside the pool, and a lovely 10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed here for the last 15 years in several different units. Never a disappointment! Love fiddlers cove and this unit is wonderful🙂

GIrls Trip

Myself and 2 friends rented Fiddler Cove 27E for a week and when we walked in the door we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was just as it was pictured on Vacasa website. It had every thing we needed to have a relaxing fun filled week at the beach. This particular condo was steps away from the beautiful well maintained pool and only a short walk from the beach. We could not have ask for a better place to stay.

Great hilton head beach and location

This is the second year at this complex. This particular condo was one of the biggest layouts for 2 bedroom. 2 bath. The extra large balcony is like having another room. Balcony over looking lagoon was so peaceful and full of wildlife. Beach closer from gate just outside our door as well.as pool and hot tub.

Fiddlers Cove Vacation in HHI

The condo was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had a fantastic lagoon view with several gators and so many birds! The mid island location is great! Easy access to Folly Beach and Islanders Beach, a private gated entrance that’s like walking through a jungle bike-able to Shelter Cove as well as Fish Haul Beach. Basically bike-able to the whole island. It’s the third floor and 30 some steps but it keeps us in shape and the view is worth it. Very large back deck and pretty, comfy furniture everywhere. We would definitely return! Vacasa was wonderful to us as well.

Great Location with Fabulous Beach Access

The condo was well furnished and had all the beach necessities! We were not notified the pool was closed for refinishing, that was disappointing. The dish washer also was not functioning and there were not enough towels in the condo to dry all the dishes we used! But everything else was fantastic and the two things above did not affect our trip a huge amount, thus removing one star only from 5 to 4. The private path to the beach was our favorite part, it was gorgeous and saved us a lot of walking to the public paths.

Clean Getaway

Overall, it was a great place for the family. It was a little confusing on how to access the beach from our condo, and is a little too far to walk with children and equipment, but there is public parking about a minute drive from the complex that charges $1 an hour. To park. There could be a few more linens/blankets, but there was a lot of beach equipment and toys provided. The pool was located about 100’ from the condo. The WiFi would never connect to devices. Overall, even with children it was a nice clean place to stay.

Awesome location

Planned a last minute booking at this location. We were pleased with the booking process. Upon arrival the condo was still being cleaned, and the place smelled like bleach. The timeliness of the cleaning was a little disappointing but only a minor nuisance. The condo decor was very nice. The outdoor furniture was very dirty though and the cushions need replaced. We enjoyed the extras such as the boogie boards and beach wagon. The location of this condo was the best feature. We enjoyed the short 10 minute walk to the beach, and were happy this condo was near the gate to enter/exit the complex. We absolutely loved watching the wildlife from the balcony especially the alligator! We had a great stay at this condo. The weather was perfect and we created many new memories together.

Construction noise all day

There is construction going on directly behind the unit. The nail guns and the back up beepers on the heavy equipment begin at 7 and go all day. Additionally on the second day of our stay, 2 guys from the management company let themselves in to the unit. There is no bolt inside to prevent this happening. Fortunately I was in the unit at the time so that my daughter wasn’t there alone to deal with it. I would not recommend this rental.

Good rental. Loud washer/dryer. Construction site across the pond.

The unit itself was well taken care off, just like reviews stated. But the construction site right across the small pond made noise starting at almost 7 am. Machinery was left on for entire night. Diesel exhaust smell did not let us stay on the beautiful balcony. I am guessing Vacasa manages property for a number of owners. So owners did a great job maintaining and stuffing the unit. However Vacasa did not do a good job making sure the visitors enjoy their stay. The sewer cleaner was parked right in the front of our building, right by the pool. So we could not really stay in the balcony, because of the construction or around the pool because of the sewer vehicle that stayed there for hours and emitted exhaust and terrible noise. I wish washer and dryer did not make so much noise though. It's the only thing that was hard to tolerate.

Beautiful Unit

We loved this unit. Family stayed in another unit in the same complex and this one was much wider, which allowed for a larger kitchen and balcony. We really appreciated the recent years renovations! The space felt nice and airy. The kitchen outfittings were sufficient. As mentioned in a previous review, I’d recommend adding an ice cream scoop and pizza cutter. There was a nice variety of beach chairs and toys in the unit. The beach wagon came in handy as well. The only downside was the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. No big deal, my husband got lots of exercise lugging our suitcases and beach stuff up and down each day.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location

This condo was in a great location—about a 5-minute walk to the beach and across the parking lot from the complex’s large pool. Aside from some aesthetics (broken floor tiles, chipped counters, etc.), it was pretty much as pictured and pretty clean. We loved having the washer/dryer. There was also a dishwasher though we didn’t need on this trip. We had a couple issues—a broken lock on a balcony door that was fixed the next day and a smoke alarm that kept going off in the middle of our last night. There was no fire, and the other alarms did not go off. We believe it was just at the point where it needed to be replaced. Our biggest complaint is that Turnkey couldn’t find someone in the middle of the night to come address it. We were also disappointed in the balcony furniture as it was pretty moldy and not particularly inviting.

Condo stay with alligator views

We loved our stay in this condo. The location is great and is a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed watching the alligator and nesting sea birds from the balcony. Our only complaint was that surfaces were not super clean upon our arrival, but Turnkey was quick to respond and offered to send someone to clean. That wasn’t necessary though as I had already wiped down surfaces. We would recommend this property for your stay on HHI.

Great location and amenities

My husband and I stayed for a month at this property and could not have been happier, the location is a 10 minute walk to the beach, close to the pool, and adjacent to the bike path. The balcony was large and we had a great time watching the wildlife. The unit was clean and comfortable! With the 3 flights of stairs we got our steps in and didn’t feel guilty for having desert 😊would definitely book again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was clean and nicely furnished upon arrival. Peaceful location with the lagoon in the back and the pool and hot tub across the parking lot. There was also a back gate by the pool that opened to the bike path with beach access a block away. The TV / remote was difficult to figure out and no real instructions. The light bulb below the fan in the living area went out mid week, but not an issue. Enjoyed keeping tabs on the large alligator in the lagoon from the balcony. I wish there were recycling directions / options provided in the unit.
