When you feel like grabbing a bite to eat, shopping at boutiques, or spending all day on the sugar-white sand, Coligny Beach Park is just under two miles from your front door. Stick closer to home base and you can easily play a round of 18 at Shipyard Golf Club or check out the various shops and grocery stores less than a mile away. If you want to venture out a bit further, make your way down to Harbour Town and visit the famous candy-striped lighthouse.

The space and location were perfect for our needs. Kitchen was great if we felt like cooking and plenty of bathrooms for showers etc after a day out. Popcorn was found on the floors under and on the couches upon arrival but we didn’t have children with us so it was not a big deal to handle. We stayed 6 days with 6 adults and the place came with enough supplies to start us off before we did a supply run (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc)

Great Condo for long stay

We just returned home from a wonderful 7 night stay at this condo! Condo was very clean upon arrival! The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms that make a long stay very comfortable! We enjoyed the large living room and spacious sunroom! This home has just enough furniture that it’s comfortable but not enough where it’s taking up space. I would highly recommend this home!

Great Place

The unit was just as we expected. The kitchen was equipped with all appliances, dishes, utensils and glassware that we needed. I would suggest to future renters that they bring their own Tupperware, foil, saran wrap and baggies, as they are not provided. The beds were comfortable and the décor was lovely throughout the entire unit. We enjoyed using the pickleball courts each morning. And, the place was close to the beach and the walking/bike riding paths go right from the driveway. Such a great long weekend!

Mother’s Day getaway

5 family members got together for our annual celebration. The property is really spacious with plenty of room to spend time together or have alone time. The beds are comfortable and kitchen has all basic dishes and utensils.The unit is on the second floor with no elevator option.Was a little challenging with some mobility issues but we managed. It was a rainy week so we didn’t venture out much. We did have dinner at Lagerhead Tavern and would recommend.Instacart is not permitted to deliver to unit but Uber Eats will.I would stay here again.

Good, But Some Issues

Great property, lots of space, and a very accesible and nice location. Easy bike to multiple fun spots nearby.That being said, listing does not accurately indicate that they do not have 3 parking spots. You can get up to 3 parking passes, but the property itself has only 1 designated parking spot. All other vehicles need to hope to find empty shared spots.Also, smoke detector went off first night, and continued to do so even after we went out, bought batteries, and replaced them. While not the owners' fault, the property underneath was undergoing LOUD renovations for 2 of the 3 full days we were there, starting early in the morning (around 8am). Would recommend owners supply more bath towels as our group of 5 had to do multiple loads of laundry during our short stay.All that said, would recommend property for a fun weekend getaway!

Enjoyable and comfortable

We have family that live in Hilton Head and have been there numerous times, either renting a place or staying with them. We arrived late on Christmas Day and check in was a breeze. However, had a little trouble actually locating the unit. More than likely because it was dark and google maps didn’t get us to the unit. The place was spacious and enough room for six people comfortably. We spent most if our time at families homes because we were only allowed three passes because we had three bedrooms. So, family couldn’t come the unit. Only three complaints. The carpet could use a good cleaning, replacement or change to hard surface floors. Lots of stains. It would be nice if the garbage in the kitchen had duel trash containers, one for recycling. Lastly, instructions with our check in materials say, find a trash bin outdoors for trash but doesn’t state where the bins are. They’re not labeled anywhere outside or in instructions. That would have been helpful. All in all, would definitely recommend.

Much needed vaca!

We had a blast in HH!! This condo was very clean. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, bowls, etc. Everything we needed was there. I don’t think I even saw one bug the whole week! The bedrooms are very spacious and decorated very nice. We saw alligators almost every day, but don’t worry. If you don’t bother them, they don’t bother you. Walking on the bike path was so beautiful with the trees and pretty landscaping. We stayed here with family and friends. Total of 6 adults which was perfect with the 3 bedrooms and the fact that each bedroom has their own full bath is amazing! Hard to find that in a vaca condo. The pool is just a short walk through the parking lot. I would highly recommend this condo! It’s also very close to a lot of great restaurants. We did have an issue with the coffee pot but maintenance brought us a brand new replacement. The only negatives I’d say was the beach is 2 miles away. Anytime we wanted to go, we loaded up the car. They only give you one beach pass for the parking lot, so one of us had to ride in the trunk of our CRV. There are bikes to rent though. Also, there was a pair of men’s boxers on the floor in the room with the twin beds. We just left them there, but I’m sure the owner would’ve taken care of it had we called. It would’ve been helpful if there were better directions in the packet telling us where to take the trash. It’s tucked away around the corner of the building with no signs.

Nice place, missing some essentials

This was a nice property in a quiet area of Shipyard Plantation. The living room/sunroom were wonderful - great couches, TV, access to cable and lots of streaming in all rooms! The kitchen was spacious but really lacking some essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil, trash bags, spices, oven mits, cooking utensils, dish towels). The beds were not the most comfortable and highly recommend bringing your own pillows. Enjoyed some of the extras like access to pickle ball court and equipment. Overall a decent place that we enjoyed.

We absolutely loved staying at the gorgeous condo near the beach. We had planned on returning but it’s already booked for next year at twice the price. We are so sad because we would have loved to return to the same condo. My family felt very at home here despite the very steep concrete steps. This would not be good for people with mobility issues. But we all loved it. Hope to return again some day. Thank you.,

This condo was very spacious and in a great location, just a short bike ride to the beach! We loved the open layout and beachy decor, it was perfect for our girls trip! Definitely recommend staying here, we hope to stay there again soon!

Awesome Family Vacation

We stayed only for a few nights but didn’t want to leave! We booked this property last minute and are so glad we did! The house was so clean and a great size for our family. Could have slept even more. The pool is so close. The beach is a drive, but still close enough. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We love the high ceilings and how big it was , very roomy. Wish there were more dishes to bake with. We love to play games the dining room table was great but poor lighting and the rugs throughout the place needed to be clean.

Good Location

This is a good location for a stay in Hilton Head. It is not comfortable walking distance to the beach, possibly bike ride distance. However bikes were not available to us, you would have to check into renting them or bring your own. There are two fairly steep runs of stairs to the front door of the unit. The neighborhood was quiet and secure. Most of the parking spaces were shallow but plenty were available. We found one to accommodate our Expedition. The pool was great and we enjoyed our time there. Bring or buy your own spices & seasonings if you plan to cook. Cookware, plates, glasses, mugs & silverware were available in the unit. Roomy for 8 people.
