Perfect location near the beach

Beautiful home within walking distance to the beach. Overall, it was a great stay. Our family will return.The only issue was the upstairs bedroom door did not close completely. Also, It would have been nice to have a coffee maker with a k-cup but that’s not a deal breaker.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants etc. I walked every morning down to Coligny Plaza and it was a bit over a mile. Beach access right across the street. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had everything you could ever need/want! Blender, electric skillet, grill, cooler for the beach, vacuum, wagon for the beach, etc,etc,etc. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with both of our kids having their own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the comfortable living room, large dining table and played a few of the games that are available. Nice large driveway with an outdoor shower and sink to rinse off after a day at the beach. We had no issues with access and no issues with any aspect of the house during our one week stay. Highly recommend.

The house was the perfect spot for our family to get together for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us and only a 10 minute walk to the beach!

Nice quiet area

It was a nice quiet location on a dead end street. Plenty of room and the bonus sunroom was also nice and could hold an air mattress if u wanted. I would stay there again.

Family vacay

This house was perfect for our families needs. It was four adults and two children and the amenities were perfect for us. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation, and the beach is only a short walk away.

Had a really nice time really enjoyed the area. The house was great. Good location lots of really good restaurants around.. the house is in a great location very clean and comfortable very quiet would have liked the beach towels were provided but no big deal we bought them while we were out

Great house, yard and location

We really enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids (oldest 7). The house is great and the backyard and patio were enjoyed by all. Short walk to the beach which wasn’t crowded at all (mid-August). The location is only a couple minutes from shopping/restaurants. Overall, we loved it and were talking about our next stay as we left.

Beautiful house. The walk to the beach is the length of one Grateful Dead song. Uncrowded beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Family wedding

This house is amazing. Plenty of space- great for a family with big sofas - lots of seating- huge kitchen … they have lots of board games to play! We walked and rode bikes all over. Great location!! We plan to return !!

Plenty of Space

The overall stay was great; however, I was a bit disappointed that the outside lights in the backyard did not work, there were no potholders in the kitchen, and several board games were missing key pieces. The house had plenty of space for everyone and everything was very clean!

Property is NOT close to the beach. We booked and heard it was 7 min - in reality a 20 min bike ride. We canceled and found a new more expensive place last min. So long as you’re ok with somewhere a bit further it maybe nice but it’s not close as advertised.

Good holiday home

Good internal space, well equipped and clean. Poorly maintained outside space, resulted in under-use to the detriment of our enjoyment. Useful equipment, I.e. Sun loungers, beach seats, etc.would have been great. Photos of the external space are not a true representation, we found it to be an untidy and unkempt area.Management provided adequate information, promptly when asked, but no contact during our stay.

The house was perfect, and exactly what was described in the listing.

The house was in fact exactly what was described in the listing, and more. And it was spotless. We were four adults, and two children under ten. The three bedrooms were spacious; beyond the central AC, each bedroom had a fan; there were baths in each bedroom, and a common bath just off the kitchen. The kitchen itself was spacious, ample room to prepare food, a large eating area--with a table that comfortably sat six--a good place to gather. The house is furnished with all the kitchen ware one would want. The separate living room was spacious and the sun room an unexpected bonus--a more private space to take a nap or read away from the crowd. Overall, the interior space of the house more than comfortably absorbed the six of us, and this was important as the outside temperatures during our stay in July hovered around the mid 90s and above, so that we spent more time inside than we would have otherwise. The unexpected were the privacy of the location and the ease of access to the beach. The house is located at the end of what is in effect a dead end street, surrounded with vegetation, trees, shrubs, etc., so that there is full privacy, and we felt little need to pull the blinds/drapes in the evening. There is ample yard, an outside shower for after beach, and a large gas grill. The beach is a five minute walk away, and offers great space; there was never a sense of being crowded. Jim and Margot were always quick to respond to our inquiries and to make sure, e.g., that the bikes we rented were there when we arrived despite the fact that we were late in submitting our request. The island is easy to use, although as is the case in every resort area the supermarkets are a madhouse on 'change over' Saturdays. There are also good things to do and see when away from the beach and the house, including for us and the kids horse back riding and the pirates' excursion. We recommend the experience.

Great house close to the beach

The house was perfect for our family of four and was on a very quiet street. Short walk to the beach and very close to some great shopping. Also an easy walk to the Loggerhead Landing bar and grill which was one of our favorite dinners.

Conklin Family Beach Trip

Our Children and Grand children and Great Grandchildren always enjoy this house. Big kitchen, because we cook, short walk to the beach and 3 beds and 3 1/2 baths. Ideal for us. We have stayed here 4 times.

Family Reunion

Located on the end of a quiet street, but still a short walk to the beach, we enjoyed our stay here. Ample room for all 8 of us. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything needed. Beds were ok. Bathrooms were huge! Nice back patio and table to enjoy. Only issue was the AC which wouldn’t change from 70 degrees. Too chilly to keep at a constant for us. This is a great property!
