This property is amazing in so many ways. The home is nicely furnished and has just about every kitchen item you could need. It was impeccably cleaned. The location is wonderful, an easy walk to Tower Beach and the Salty Dog restaurant, shops and trolley stop. The Dwell staff was easy to communicate with and as accommodating as they could be. A few things to note: the layout is not as described, there is not. A bedroom with 5 twins, it has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top. Also, the pool is in direct sun and the water gets very hot in the summer. So not exactly refreshing, although the pool area is beautiful and private. Finally, as others have noted, the porch furniture is quite lacking. The house has a beautiful deck but only two crumbling rockers and a picnic table. The grill was not working properly as well and is I need of repair. The dryer was also malfunctioning and was extremely loud. We were told this wold e fixed but it was not. A handyman came out to check the grill and confirm it was broken, but no repairs were made.

Beautiful house! Terrific location!

We enjoyed a great week with family. The marsh birds and views were amazing and the walk/bike ride to the beach took a few minutes. Great place, we’ll be back!

Great family trip

Everything was perfect for our multi-family stay. Access to beach was a short walk. The pool was perfect with a great view. Would definitely recommend.

Great secluded location

This house is a great location to the beach and has an awesome pool area for afternoon relaxation. The home has 4 Master Suites which was great for our family. The kitchen is beautiful and has many amenities.

Great location beautiful view

Comfortable, safe property very near the beach with nice walking trail and great view. Kitchen is open and bright with a cute sitting nook off the dining room. Beautiful master bedroom with spectacular view.

This house was perfect for 3 families (11 people). Easy walk to the beach and salty dog. The view of the marsh while swimming in the pool was awesome. We saw so many birds, the kids loved it. We had a great stay.

Perfect getaway

This home was perfect for an October getaway. The spa at night was perfect with a view of the stars and marsh. So many rooms and space. I would for sure return here.
