Take a deep breath and relax while reminiscing with family and friends on the back deck that is secluded by lush greenery on all sides. The spacious living room and bedrooms allow up to eight guests to find their own piece of paradise and the nearby amenities will provide days full of fun for everyone. Play a few sets of tennis on the two shared hard courts, or simply lounge by the pool until you are perfectly sun-kissed. Head back inside for a home-cooked meal in the full kitchen and wind down with a movie as the stars come out. High-end memory foam mattresses ensure a great night of sleep ahead of tomorrow's adventures.



Seating perfectly between Harbor Town and Coligny Beach Park, there will be endless attractions to see during your stay. Coligny Plaza is a great place to stroll around and explore local boutiques. Harbor Town is home to the famous candy-striped lighthouse and Harbor Town Golf Links where you can play a round of 18 on the lush greenery of the island. Rent a few bicycles or kayaks and experience the serene nature that the Sea Pines Forest Reserve has to offer as well.

Great condo during our 13th trip to Seapines

Great condo. Great location. Great week. No complaints. We've stayed all over sea pines in the past. We usually stay closer to the beach, and have never been this close to the gate. I actually really loved the proximity to Harris teeter. Made it super convenient if you needed to run to the store for this or that. And the bike trail is still there; So we were able to bike all over sea pines just like usual. The screened in porch by the lagoon was perfection.

Very clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Great location. Really enjoyed the view of the river from the back deck and watching wild life. Nice walking trails just behind the house! Just a minute walk to the pool. Convenient access to beach by car or shuttle. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect vacation!

The house was just as pictured, very clean and well-equipped. Dishwasher was leaking, but the property manager (from Vacasa) was quick to send repairman and offered to compensate when repairs were not made in a timely manner. Definitely would rent again through Vacasa and this particular location. Thanks for a splendid vacation!!!

Very nice townhome. A litttle dated and we did see 3 palmetto bugs inside the townhome, which was disturbing. The pool was nice also.

Wonderful location next to Forest Preserve. Loved the glass sliding doors opening on to the back screen porch and deck overlooking the lagoon. Felt enclosed by nature'- wild swamp life, herons, egrets and a full moon - reviving a sense of wonder and awe.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our visit to Carolina Place. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Close to everything including the beach club. The only negative would be that it might be time to change the master mattress. It’s sloped on both sides. Other than that, a very pleasant stay and we would stay there again

It was very organized, and I was kept well-informed about everything at every step along the way. The resort and cottage were lovely and well-maintained. We had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a pillow top or memory foam mattress topper for the beds, as they were a little harder than I'm used to, but I still slept well.

I liked the room, but the twin beds were pretty uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on plywood. :-)

Cosy home

This house was tastefully furnished .. and quite comfortable. Would be best for single family with small children, as the upstairs loft is open and doesn’t allow for much privacy. The community pool is lovely and we enjoyed having a cookout at the pool. If you are beach lovers this might not be your first choice as it is too far to walk, little parking and the only viable option was to that the beach shuttle.

Overall the experience was great, the house was clean and accessible to everything but we Checked in on Wednesday and the pool access key wasn't delivered until Friday
