We are pleased to offer this beautifully renovated two-bedroom, one-bath vacation rental in the heart of Wildwood. Comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, the home is located less than three blocks from both the beach and boardwalk!

A wide variety of dining options are nearby, and a Wawa convenience store is located directly across the street. Just a few blocks away, you will find a local bowling alley and Byrne Plaza, which hosts numerous summer events and festivals. The property is also ideally situated between the island’s two main amusement piers, offering easy access to rides, waterparks, games, and a variety of restaurants.

Street parking is available directly in front of the property, with no meters or associated fees.

The home has been thoughtfully updated throughout, featuring modern finishes, new furnishings, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. It offers spacious indoor living areas as well as covered outdoor porches, providing comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the coastal surroundings.

For larger groups, an additional third-floor two-bedroom, one-bath unit is also available. When both units are reserved, the property can accommodate up to 16 guests!

The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Other guests are not required to meet this age requirement.

Perfect little house for a weekend getaway. Not far from boardwalk right in between the piers. Very clean and cute shore house.

All and all it was a good stay, very beautiful place but could be a little bit cleaner, there was dust and hair in the rooms and some belongings from other guest under the bed. Not a big deal by all means, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The owner was very friendly so thats a big thing for us.

Be clear on what you are signing up for here. It is one house separated into 3 apts. If you stay in F2 as my family did, F1 the 3rd floor tenants may be young party goers or you never know what you may get but we listened to heavy walkers all the way into the 4am hour! Ridiculous wrestling, binge drinking and noise. Had to call the authorities. Too late to take my family elsewhere as everything was booked. The second bedroom had no fan and air didn't reach well. 1st bedroom ceiling fan squeaky and only 1 tv in the living room. So clld free parking which really was none, resulted in a 55 ticket even after parking on Pine Street. Really unreal with an unused driveway that could fit 2 cars. No part of my rental fee was offered back after the extreme inconvenience. Wouldn't say this is family friendly because you can't guarantee what other guest are staying. More like a frat house.

As outlined in our listing, the property consists of three separate apartments occupied by different guests. While we cannot control every guest's behavior, our rental agreement includes quiet hours and expectations for respectful conduct, and we take noise complaints seriously when they arise. We will continue reviewing our processes to help provide the best possible experience for all guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cooling. The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning throughout, as well as a ceiling fan in the queen bedroom. During periods of extreme summer heat, the four-bed room may be warmer than the rest of the apartment. Regarding parking, our listing explains that our street offers free, first-come, first-served street parking, and that availability cannot be guaranteed due to our proximity to the boardwalk. The driveway is private and is not available for guest parking, as noted in the listing. Thank you again for your feedback. Many years ago, our family enjoyed a week-long beach vacation in Wildwood, staying in a rental near the boardwalk. That experience made us fall in love with the area and everything it has to offer!! Now, with our own home here, we hope to give other families the same joy we experienced!

We chose this part of Wildwood for its unbeatable location, just three blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and close to dining, and entertainment. Enjoy bowling, arcades, boardwalk shopping, amusement parks, and so much more!! We're a street down from Bryne Plaza, which hosts free outdoor concerts from 7:30pm to 9pm every Thursday, amongst a variety of other wonderful events all summer!!
