Pondside - Pet Friendly - Block Island - AC - 4BR

Come relax and unwind at Martin Mere cottage, a quiet and peaceful, 2+ acre property, surrounded by ponds and wildlife located on the west side of Block Island. This is a vacation home that the entire family can enjoy. Children and pets can run and play in the yard, fish can be caught in the ponds, evenings can be spent enjoying sunsets and grilling on our back deck, after a long day at the beach you can rinse off in our outdoor shower.

The space
Martin Mere is located three miles from downtown, on the southwestern side of the island. It is a 4 bedroom home equipped with one king bed, three queen beds and one twin bed. One full bath, a half bath and fully enclosed outdoor shower w/hot and cold water. Hardwood floors and a spacious living room and dining area. Full kitchen includes refrigerator w/ice maker and filtered water, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, and blender. Central heating. Stainless steel propane grill, private, filtered well water, as well as many other amenities. We have StarLink High Speed Internet available for your use! As of Summer 2023 we will have AC units in each bedroom for your comfort.

Other things to note
Boat reservations are required for your vehicle and should be made immediately upon booking your rental. Call the Block Island Ferry for reservations and scheduling.

Dog Owners: This house is pet friendly, with a $150 pet fee per dog. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed. Pets should be monitored while outside and picked up after.

$700 Security deposit required with every booking

We have a strict 8 person maximum. This includes children. If violated we have the right to terminate the reservation.
