The main entry leads from a sunlit mudroom to an open plan kitchen, dining and living room complete with a gas fireplace and bar. The kitchen, with a built in dining nook, is fully appointed and features high quality appliances (including an induction cooktop) and cookware to satisfy the most discerning cook. Additional kitchen appliances include a wine bar and an espresso machine.

The house has been redesigned with both comfort and function in mind and the finishes have been chosen for elegance and durability. In addition to the kitchen, dining and living areas, a spacious queen bedroom and full bath (opening onto its own walled garden) and a laundry center are also located on the main floor. Each window offers a stunning island view.

On the second floor the king master suite, en suite bath and changing area provide a luxurious private retreat. The second floor also houses two additional bedrooms-one with a set of twin beds and the other with a queen bed. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower. All bedding and bath towels are included in your rental.

A porch wraps around two sides of the house and takes full advantage of the splendid vistas. Comfortable out door furniture along with a propane grill make outdoor dining simple and enjoyable. An outdoor shower surrounded by lush plantings completes the picture.
