A sculptural staircase leads to your private rooftop terrace with open sky views above the treetops of Fort Greene Park. The roof deck includes outdoor seating, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset unwinding, or relaxed evenings under the sky. Moments from multiple subway lines, BAM, cafés, and boutiques, this home offers seamless access to Brooklyn and Manhattan while maintaining a peaceful, residential atmosphere.

The residence is located in a small five-unit building with close neighbor relationships. Please be mindful of noise in the hallways and help maintain a respectful environment for neighbors.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
