Thanks so much for the fantastic review! We're so happy the whole group had a great time — pool for the kids, hot tub, gym and golf sim for the adults — and that the view and location hit the mark. Appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back to our home down the road. — Home Team Vacation Rentals

Thanks for the review. We’re glad the home offered a lot for your family to do, and we’re very sorry the bees and the way we handled it cut into your outdoor time. That response fell short of our standards. We’ve followed up with our on-site team and pest control to remove the nest and have updated our response procedures so crews are dispatched and communication is clearer going forward. Thanks for flagging this — feedback like yours helps us fix problems faster. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again.

Thanks for the great review! Glad ENY-Waterview Hts 51 had something for everyone and that both kids and adults enjoyed their stay. Hope to host you again. — Home Team Vacation Rentals
