The Reriker Straße vacation home complex is located in a quiet area and consists of 9 semi-detached houses, each with 4 residential units. This idyllic complex features many green spaces. A meadow biotope begins immediately to the west of the complex. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony perfect for relaxation, as well as a parking space located right next to the respective house.

BRIGHT AND FRIENDLY 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT ON 2 FLOORS WITH BALCONY
You’ll stay in a spacious and sunny 3-room vacation apartment measuring approximately 65 square meters, located on the first floor of a small apartment building with only 4 units. This inviting apartment spans 2 floors and is suitable for 2–5 people. The bright, open living area welcomes you with an open dining area, a cozy sofa set that can also be converted into a sleeper sofa (190x120 cm, for the 5th person), a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances you’ll need for a perfect vacation (stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.). From the living room, you step out onto the south-facing balcony with a view of the adjacent garden as well as meadows and fields. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, the daylight-filled bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate guest restroom are also located on this floor. In the cozy attic, there is a large bedroom with an open-concept design, furnished with a double bed and a cozy sitting area. A high chair is provided in the apartment.

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities, such as electricity, water, and heating.
Bed linens and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them in advance so that we can have the linen package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival.

Your free parking space is located directly at the building. As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
