We appreciate you bringing the concerns regarding the shower, water heater, hot tub, and other items to our attention. We take this type of feedback seriously and will be reviewing these items with our maintenance team to determine what improvements can be made. We certainly understand the frustration when something that should be a simple fix impacts your overall experience. We also understand that the location and surrounding highway noise may not be the right fit for every guest. While the home does have soundproof windows that help minimize the traffic noise inside, we recognize that the outdoor environment and distant ocean view may not align with everyone’s expectations. We’re disappointed to hear that you would not choose to stay with us again, but we genuinely appreciate the feedback.
