Unit 117. Lupine House was designed by Don Jacobs with simple "Sea Ranch, Living Lightly on the Land" in mind.

All on one level, the kitchen, dining and living room are one open concept with a long window seat being the focal point. A bit of ocean peeks through some trees, but the main view from the house is a wide meadow view which, in the morning, is often populated by grazing deer. A sleeper sofa in the living room is an added sleeping space if needed.

And once the sun has set and it's time to tuck yourself in, a wood burning fireplace to relax by while enjoying a cozy movie night streaming from the owner provided Netflix app. Wifi is also provided throughout the house.

At twilight we are sometimes visited by a beautiful red fox or a big, burly raccoon. (Keep the deck door closed or racoons will come right in!) If it's clear at night, try star gazing from the hot tub. You've probably never seen so many stars and satellites!

The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed and 1.5 bathrooms.
Bed linens and towels are not provided, bring your own or rent them from Beach Rentals. No pets allowed.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.
