Preciosa villa, vistas al mar, piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje

Esta propiedad única está ubicada en la tranquila zona de Los Mojones en Lanzarotes principal centro turístico de Puerto del Carmen. Consta de dos zonas principales de alojamiento. En la villa principal en el primer piso hay 3 dormitorios con aire acondicionado, una gran cocina con lavavajillas y lavadora, salón familiar y comedor y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio cuarto de baño. También hay otra habitación doble y una habitación doble, junto con un cuarto de baño.



En la planta baja se encuentra el cuarto dormitorio donde el huésped encontrará otro amplio dormitorio con una cama doble y un cuarto de ducha. También hay una cocina básica con nevera, hervidor de agua y tostadora. No hay horno ni fogones.



Lo más destacado de este alojamiento es su zona exterior privada. Desde el salón se sale a una amplia terraza cubierta con una cómoda zona de estar y comedor con magníficas vistas al mar. En la terraza principal se encuentra la piscina climatizada para todo el año, bañera de hidromasaje para 6 personas y barbacoa.



Además, tanto los niños como los adultos pueden aprovechar la zona de recreo en la parte trasera de la villa, que consta de una mesa de ping-pong, canasta de baloncesto, red de bádminton y porterías de fútbol. Podemos proporcionar una red de seguridad para la zona de la piscina para los niños pequeños y una cuna y trona también están disponibles.



Las fiestas y grupos de jóvenes menores de 30 años no están permitidas.

Las fiestas de un solo sexo y las despedidas de soltero no están permitidas.

Great property. Loved the heated pool and the hot tub. Plenty of outdoor seating and sun loungers. Filtered water tap was a real bonus. Chris and Karen were there to meet us and made us feel very welcome

Wonderful villa with great location

Some friends and I stayed for a week in this villa and it was perfect. Great amenities inside and out with awesome property management who were super helpful. It’s close to the downtown area but secluded enough for peace and quiet. We are already talking about wanting to come back again!

Fantastic relaxing stay in lovely villa

Pros: Villa was in quiet location but close enough to walk to restaurants, shops etc. Villa was very clean, great handover by Chris who showed us where everything was. Added bonus was filtered water tap so we didn't have to buy big bottles of water for our stay. Villa has everything you need. Loved the hot tub and pool. We had a really relaxing holiday at this villa and would definitely recommend. Cons: Nothing at all apart from that we had to leave too soon!

Fantastic, well-equipped villa in quiet location.

We stayed at Villa Carolina for 10 nights in August. The villa has everything you need - games/activities, aircon, a really good hot tub and pool, and a well-equipped kitchen. Shops, bars and restaurants are 15/20 minute walk away but this suited us as it meant the villa location was nice and quiet and we hire a car anyway. Special thanks to the villa hosts, Chris and Karen, who were absolutely spot on and couldn't have made us feel more welcome.

Fabulous!!

Villa is absolutely wonderful with all the facilities and equipment you could ever need. Chris and Karen the managers are brilliant with pre arrival info and being able to contact them with ANY issue at all whenever. Nothing is too much trouble. They are the best managers we have ever known due to their availability, contactability and desire to make everything fabulous for you. The villa location is great as it's quiet but easy to walk to the old town and harbour. I cannot rate this villa highly enough so we've booked agai for next year!!

We were particularly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Karen and Chris. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made us feel not just like guests but like cherished friends. Amazing!

The villa was absolutely perfect. The facilities were amazing: heated pool, hot tub, BBQ, filtered water tap, games area with lots of things to play with, bluetooth speaker to play music by the pool, large (very equipped) kitchen, large terrace, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air con in most rooms. It was everything we wanted and more. The managers Chris and Karen were amazing in that we had a lot of communication before the stay, greeted us for check-in with a full tour and guide, and were on hand for any questions at all. They were so welcoming and so helpful. They even sorted out changing the timer of the water pumps and jets (for the pool) to come on a little later for us so that our sleep was not disturbed. The location of the villa was superb. Very quiet street and no noise from the other villas, as their pool or games areas do not back on to ours. Only €5 taxi to the beachfront & restaurants, or 25minute walk. There's one taxi company in the town of Puerto del Carmen that is easy to call for a taxi straight away or to pre-book, or several taxi ranks near the beachfront. The town was great with lots to do. We had a day at the beach, with sunbeds and pedalos, a buggy drive to one of the volcanos, a meal out with a live music band, a night out at Rancho Texas and a dinner & drag show at the Music Hall Tavern. There is still so much more to discover, and eat and drink, we will definitely be back! The villa was excellent value for money. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Fab Stay at Villa Carolina

We've just returned from an 8 night stay at the Villa with our family celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. It is a bit out of the town but in a very peaceful location. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town and 30 minute walk to the main strip. We enjoyed the walk down but as it's so hilly (for our grandson) on the way back we took taxis for only 5 euros so it wasn't a problem. A 10-15 minute walk away in either direction are Super Dino / Lidl for supplies. The villa itself was very well equipped, extremely spacious with excellent outdoor space too. Our 3 year old grandson loved the pool and the hot tub was useful on our 'cooler days'. A selection of outside sports equipment were useful for the 'big kids'. The downstairs apartment doesn't have air conditioning however, fans are provided in the villa. It wasn't a huge problem but worth noting in warmer temperatures. We took our own beach towels as none available at the villa but the hosts kindly shared a Facebook link for a towel hire service which we used and was very helpful - they drop off and collect. It would be beneficial to have some spare towels at the villa. Even with laundry facilities it would have been a bit tricky for general use/ sunbathing/beach/hot tub with only one bath towel pp Chris and Karen were excellent hosts and so helpful and communicated brilliantly with us before going and throughout. They even left us a bottle of wine and card for our anniversary. Highly recommended.
