This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. This home does not have a community launch for guests with boats to access. Guests will have to use a public launch. Water depth at the dock is roughly 5-6 ft deep.
Firewood is not provided; guests will need to provide their own.
When arriving at the property keep to the left. The neighbors driveway is to the right and there is no trespassing onto that property.
