Enjoy the SAFETY of a modern building with - all electric - Appliances: Range, Water Heater and Dryer. In Panamá Gas is allowed in buildings but this is a safety concern/known hazard. So this new modern building didn't went the cheap way sacrificing safety for savings and there's no gas in the building. The apartment even has a Carbon Monoxide detector which is almost redundant for a place without any gas service
