This gorgeous cabin is new to the rental market and features many amenities including an open great room floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large covered patio, BBQ grill and firepit.

The Ponderosa is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family in the cool pines! Once you step inside you will experience leather sofas and a recliner in the large great room with a wood burning fireplace and expansive views of the golf course. A custom wood dining table can accommodate 8-10 guests with room for 3 additional guests at the breakfast nook. The kitchen is a chefs dream with all stainless-steel appliances including gas stove/oven and high-end cookware.

With five bedrooms that can accommodate up to 13 sleeping guests, The Ponderosa is perfect for large groups or families. The main floor has 3 King bedrooms including the primary. Upstairs you will find a 4th King bedroom along with a large room great for children with 1 King bed and 3 twins. All bedrooms have plush bedding and flat screen smart TVs.

During the summer months the patio is where you will want to be! The covered patio runs the entire length of the home and features custom Sunbrella furniture along with an additional custom wood dining table with seating for 8 guests! Just off the covered patio you will find a large yard with firepit and hot tub to enjoy. The large yard is a great place for kids to enjoy the outdoors and play a game of tether ball, enjoy the hammocks or spend the afternoon on the tree swing.

Keep in mind The Ponderosa is a wonderful year-round getaway with Sunrise Ski Resort just 30 miles away!

Entire Home Accessible to Renters with the exception of the Primary Walk-In Closet & Garage. Both of these areas are private for owners use only.

Other things to note
This beautiful cabin is location on the fairway of a private golf course.
The cart path & all parts of the golf course are for members of the club exclusively and this rental does not permit access. The country club patrols their property to ensure there is no trespassing.
