Casa Azucena es una hermosa villa privada independiente con piscina privada de 10x5m. Totalmente con aire acondicionado - frío y calor - en todas las habitaciones, salón / comedor), ventiladores de techo en todos los ambientes y calefacción por suelo radiante durante los meses de invierno. Cocina totalmente equipada / utilidad con cocina, nevera / congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua. Además, TV por cable con los principales canales del Reino Unido, Francia, Alemania, Holanda y España (2 televisores con pantalla LCD de LCD en salón y dormitorio principal). Reproductor de DVD plus CD / cassette / radio Hi-Fi / Ipod Docking. Internet inalámbrico disponible en la villa de forma gratuita.
La propiedad tiene 3 dormitorios grandes. El dormitorio principal, en el primer piso, tiene baño y un amplio balcón. Hay una naya que se extiende a los 2 lados de la propiedad y ofrece asientos informales y zonas de comedor a la sombra. .La ubicación está en un promontorio en Javea (cerca de Cabo La Nao) y varias playas están disponibles en las cercanías, incluyendo Granadella, calas locales y el arenal de Arenal en Javea.

Stunning villa

30+ years travelling to Javea on holiday and this villa is best yet. Very prompt and helpful communication with owner Chris from the start. Villa is set in a quiet neighbourhood a short drive from Arenal. Every facility you need is available and special mention to pool area with lovely shaded areas and comfortable seating. Kitchens and bathrooms all first class and Villa has great tv options should you need them. We certainly intend to return again.

Excellent Villa very high standard. Would defo recommend to other people, it was exactly as its advertised but is alot bigger than we expected, could easily fit 2 familys in to cut the cost!. would advise car hire. We were a family of 5....children aged 12,10 and 5 they were happy around the pool although we did visit javea beach which is lovely with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Would recommend los remos good quality food all freshly cooked so expect to wait!!! The ownwer was very helpful nothing to much trouble. probably would'nt go to this villa again as we like to explore different places, but have already told lots of friends and family about this villa. Thank you for a great holiday we had 7 nights as thats all that was available, but would have loved to stay longer maybe 10,11 nights. family of 5 from Gloucestershire.

A slice of heaven!

We have just spent 3 glorious weeks of perfection at Casa Azucena. We know Javea well, our family holiday has been there for the past 16 years and we have stayed in many villas in the town over the years - looking for the 'one'. We want/expect modern, well equipped, good comfortable outside space with suitable facilites and peace and quiet. Casa Azucena has all of these in spades. If you are thinking of a villa holiday in Javea - look no further. Beautiful outside space, comfortable good quality poolside furniture and patio suite; delightful crystal clear, good sized pool in a truly peaceful and relaxing location which, in turn, is not far from the action of Arenal Beach Front or the Port, if you want it (car required). Inside the villa is tastefully fitted and is light and airy with the right amount and type of furniture and fittings. Cable TV, wifi all in place. Kitchen is well equipped with clean, good quality crockery etc. Fab bath towels and linen. Everything was very easy - lots of contact and info/support from the owner and Agent. Truly - 3 weeks of heaven. Fantastic!

Verano 2021

Destacar la limpieza, todo estaba notablemente limpio. Otro punto destacable es su equipamiento, que es completo, así como colchones buenos y cómodos. En cuanto a la ubicación, está un pleno Cabo la Nao entre urbanizaciones de casas similares, bien ubicada y en medio mas o menos de todas las posibles actividades. La zona es tranquila y no hay ruidos. Obviamente se necesita coche para todo y a no mas de 10 min. supermercados, playas, etc. Una piscina grande, limpia y bien mantenida, que obviamente en verano es básicamente el centro de actividades durante el día. El propietario, atento, amable y siempre respondió rapidament a nuestras consultas. En resumen, todo fue perfecto, destacando: ubicación, limpieza e instalaciones, con un mantenimiento constante.

A fantastic chilled out week in the Spanish sun!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The gardens are lovely and completely private, the swimming pool was huge (all be it cold!) and the inside very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We spent most evenings sitting outside on the wicker furniture having used the gas BBQ enjoying the peace and quiet with a glass of wine or two! It does get a bit windy in the evenings so ensure you bring long sleeves. Our children ( aged 14 & 9 ) had a great time and enjoyed the flexibility of being able to watch English tv especially sky sports and the kids channels when they wanted a break from the sun or be able to keep in touch with their mates using the wi-fi. The town is only 5 minutes by car if you choose the using the unpaved roads option on your sat nav. We had such a chilled out week that we have already rebooked for May half term next year.

Perfect Family Holiday

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and central to this was Casa Azucena with its superb facilities and great location. This was our first trip to Javea upon several recommendations from friends and we were not disappointed. The Arenal with its wide promenade and gently shelving beach was ideal for our 2 year old son. Family friendly restaurants and the heladería which we visited daily were faultless. However what made the trip down to the beach even better was the thought of returning for a dip in the pool to cool off and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the villa. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa Azucena, Chris’s communication was always prompt and very helpful. My only thoughts are to start saving up to return for two weeks instead of one next year!

We have been visiting Javea for the past 9 years and never tire of visits to the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal (main beach). There are none of the high rise hotels and apartments and it is a a beautiful place for a holiday. We do appreciate the comments.

A brilliant villa

The villa is beautifully designed with everything you could need for a restful holiday. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and within reach of the beautiful coastline and nice beaches. We loved simply lazing the day away by the lovely pool and enjoying the hospitality of the delightfully furnished villa, pool and garden.

Fabulous Villa!!

I think this rates as the best equipped villa I have stayed in. You couldn't ask for anything more. Quite, secluded just perfect!! The villa was spotless. Local town not far and many many restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. There was only four of us but it is perfect for a large family with children. The pool is superb. Just wish we had been there for longer.

Beautiful Villa

Stayed here for a week in the April school holidays with family including a 1 year old baby. Excellent villa with good amenities in a great location. Pool and gardens well kept. Arenal beach is only a short drive away and is great for kids with plenty of food places along the front also. Plenty of stunning views nearby and some good driving roads, especially on the way to Denia. Good communications from the owner Chris and clear instructions regarding villa location etc. Great place to chill out away from it all. Thanks again, Liam.

I am delighted by these comments from Liam. This was a late booking and I was pleased that we were able to accommodate his party and get the villa ready in time for their visit. The area near the villa does have some delightful views and the Arenal beach is great for sunbathing, swimming and visiting the various restaurants and shops along the frony.

Fantastic villa in a great part of Spain

After driving the hire car from Alicante Airport down the coastal motorway past the amazing scenery, an hour later we were arriving in Javea not knowing what to expect. Thankfully what we arrived to the most wonderful villa and town of Javea. As you are driving from the villa down to the Beach take note of the most breathtaking view. The villa itself was huge and had every amenity you'd think of needing and then some, especially nice to see modern gadgets such as flatscreen TV's and an iPod dock stereo. The kitchen was great to prepare meals in but the property comes truly alive when dining al fresco with a nice barbeque by the pool. To have pool loungers, fantastic wicker chairs and also platic patio table and chairs leaves you spoilt for seating choice and a seat for every occasion! All the guests had nothing but praise for Casa Azucena and we'd not hesistate to recommend to anybody looking for a nice relaxing holiday. the only problem is this; Will we ever be able to stay in Hotel Block Apartments ever again?!!

Villa Casa Azucena - Beautifull Villa and Gardens

We have stayed in many villas over the years, but this was by far the best. The directions and key collection arrangements were simple and the backup from the agent and villa manager was very good. The area was very peaceful and the gardens and pool beautifully maintained and very private. We have 3 young children and it was ideal for them as they could explore the gardens in complete safety, enjoy a break from the sun in the air conditioned lounge and enjoy an exceptionally large and clean pool . The internal layout of the Villa worked very well and was very spacios and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the Naya in the evenings looking over the flood lit poole and garden with a beer or two!

Casa Azucena - Perfect family villa in Javea

We stayed at Casa Azucena in July 2009. Our party consisted of 6 adults, 3 children and 1 infant. The villa was easy to find, very clean, well presented and well stocked with everything you will need, especially in the kitchen. The outside areas were where we spent most of our time as it was around 33 degrees everyday, the outside areas are perfect for families with a large dining table, comfortable seating and plenty of sun loungers. The pool was great for both children and adults alike and was cleaned twice whilst we were there. The gardens were well maintained and the interior was cleaned and linen changed once during our stay. The process of booking the villa was a breeze and the owners were very helpful. Overall, we found little to fault throughout the villa as it more than met our expectations. There are some local amenities available such as small supermarkets and bars; however, these were expensive and as such our recommendation would be to utilise to the supermarket in Javea which offer better value for money. The location of the villa is great, just 10 mins drive away from the main parts of Javea but set in a quiet location with secure parking for two cars. We will be booking again in the future without doubt and would highly recommend this villa to other people looking to find a relaxing place to stay in Javea.

A place in the sun - Villa Javea

I recently stayed at Villa Casa Azucena with my husband and two young children. I was very impressed with the villa and everything we needed was provided within. It was extremely spacious and clean and had good facilities. The pool was great for the boys and they had hours of fun it. We did need a car but the local beach and restaurants were only a short drive away, although we walked to the tennis courts and local tapas bar. There was also a soft play area in a bar within walking distance which was great for the boys. I would highly recommend this superb accomodation to anyone but particularly those with children. I did a lot of jogging around the area which was great for me too, we would all definitely go back to this villa and hope to do so next year!!

Was the description accurate regarding the location, layout, facilities, etc.? Yes we found the villa easy to find from the directions given, the villa was very well laid out and equiped to a high standard with a lot of thought of everything you may need while on holiday. Was the property clean, well-maintained, etc.? Yes we found the property in excellent condition and very clean. Did the owner provide good customer service? Yes the owner was very helpful and informed us of places to visit and recommended local resturants by cost. Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes without hesitation. What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike? We found the beach to be closer enough to visit and the local resturants to be very good.

We come out to Javes 3 or 4 times each year and love the area, the beaches and the old town, Arenal and the Port area.
We come out often with friends or family and the villa is ideal accommodation and the pool is great - especially for those wanting to swim.

Back in 2001 we chose the plot and had the villa built to a similar style to other properties nearby but with some features that we wanted - such as underfloor heating. Air conditioning and a large balcony for the Master Bedroom.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The large Naya or covered terrace I'd ideal to keep cool in summer out of the sun. It is great for outdoor meals and enjoying a cocktail in the early evening. It overlooks the pool and garden.
