Living & Dining Area

After climbing the front steps from the street, you’ll enter the main level of the home. The living room sits just inside, offering a comfortable seating area with a sofa and additional chairs—perfect for unwinding, watching the 55” Smart TV, or catching up with friends and family. Just beyond the living space is the large dining room, featuring a table with seating for six beneath modern lighting and stylish décor, creating a great setting for shared meals or game nights.

Kitchen

Continuing through the main level, you’ll find the bright and fully stocked kitchen. It includes modern appliances, a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The coffee bar setup includes drip coffee and French press options to help start your mornings right.

Second Floor

Up one flight of stairs, the second floor includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom features a king bed, while the other offers a queen bed—both designed with comfortable bedding and Smart TVs for relaxing nights in. This floor also includes the in-home washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Third Floor

The top floor hosts two additional king bedrooms, providing extra privacy for larger groups. These rooms are bright, spacious, and comfortably furnished, each with a Smart TV and plenty of room to settle in after a day exploring the city.

From here, you can look out over the city’s rivers, bridges, and downtown skyline—especially stunning at sunset. While this particular home sits on a more residential street, you’re still only about 10 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh, the North Shore stadiums, and the city’s top museums and attractions. Our driveway has a slight slope, so guests with lower-clearance vehicles may find street parking more comfortable.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $1000+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.
Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 2, and may never remain past 8PM, with a total cap of 8 people on the property at any time.
Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.
Chore-Free Checkout
No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $40/hr cleaning fee.
No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $65 per 30 minutes.
Flexible Rebooking Policy
If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we’ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don’t believe in double-dipping.
No Daily Housekeeping
The home is fully cleaned before your stay. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. Mid-stay cleanings available for an extra fee.
No Pets Allowed
To protect guest sensitivities, pets are not permitted. A $250 deep cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.
Children Welcome – With Full Adult Responsibility
Children are warmly welcomed, but must be supervised at all times—indoors and out. Guests are fully responsible for any necessary baby-proofing, and must thoroughly inspect any provided items (e.g. high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates) before use. Host does not inspect or guarantee the safety of these items. By booking, Guest accepts full liability for the safety of all children on the premises.
