Welcome to this 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. Quietly located on Gorch-Fock-Straße, it accommodates up to 2 guests on the first floor in a space of approximately 45 m².

The bright living room features a cozy sofa set as well as entertainment options, including a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.

From here, you have access to the furnished, west-facing balcony.

The small dining area connects the living area to the open kitchenette. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, capsule coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

Through the hallway, you’ll reach the bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses, 80 x 200 cm) and a large closet. External roller shutters ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The vacation home is rounded out by a bathroom with a shower, natural light, and a hair dryer.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared basement.
There is ample space in the bike storage room for the bicycles you bring with you.

A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).

You’ll find a bike rack at the building, as well as your reserved parking space.

The beach is about 150 meters away. A bakery and the town center are right nearby. Here, many exclusive shops, cozy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to linger.

Hansa-Park Sierksdorf is definitely worth a visit. Whether it’s roller coasters or water rides, interactive attractions, or fantastic shows, there’s something for everyone here. You’ll find plenty of culinary delights at the various restaurants and food stands.
