The living room invites you to unwind with an L-shaped couch featuring a chaise lounge, a smart TV, and board games for laid-back evenings. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, flowing seamlessly into a dining area with seating for six—perfect for shared meals and conversation.



Just off the primary bedroom, you’ll find a cozy sitting room complete with a desk, a sleeper sofa, and direct access to the patio—an ideal space for quiet mornings, remote work, or additional guests.



Step out onto your private, spacious screened-in patio where comfortable seating creates the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or relax after a day on the town, taking in the peaceful surroundings that make this getaway truly special. Guests will also enjoy access to the community’s multiple pools, offering several great options to cool off, unwind, and make the most of your stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the sitting room off the master bedroom.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and deck access.



This home includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available in front of the building. Parking passes are required and must be clearly displayed on the dashboard of each vehicle. Passes will be located inside the unit upon arrival and must be returned before departure.

• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

• Step-free access.

o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
