The accommodation
The historic Salzherrenhof in Bad Aussee underwent extensive renovations in 2020. Here, the history of the Salzkammergut meets modern comfort. The Salzherrenhof is the perfect starting point for hiking, mountain biking, and swimming in one of the many lakes. Alternatively, spend a relaxing day with a good book in the garden.

The Salzherrenhof was completely renovated in 2020. It was particularly important to us to preserve the original charm of this approximately 350-year-old building and combine it with modern standards and amenities for you. The result is a blend of modern velvet sofas, old farmhouse cabinets, Grandma’s enamel kitchen stove, and modern walk-in showers. Throughout all our renovations, the theme of SUSTAINABILITY was at the forefront of everything we did.
Immerse yourself in the history of the Salzkammergut, enjoy the mountain panorama from our sun terrace, and take in the magnificent landscape around Bad Aussee.

Guest Access:
The apartment has a private entrance. In the cozy courtyard, you can meet other guests, dine at the large table, or relax in the garden.

Check-in:
You’ll check in and out of the apartment on your own. The keys are located in the key safe next to the front door. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at any time.

Additional important information
Parking:
We have 4 parking spaces for the 4 apartments at the Salzherrenhof. Each apartment is allowed to arrive with one car. Please park any additional cars outside our property. Parking spaces are available on a “first come, first served” basis. No specific parking space is assigned to any particular apartment. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the building, and two more are 200 meters further up the hill. We recommend that only experienced drivers park directly in front of the building, as the Bahnhofpromenade is a very narrow but quiet alley.
The upper parking lot, on the other hand, is very easy to access.
