This completely new and modernly renovated ground-floor vacation rental (non-smoking) features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a comfortable bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area. The high-quality furnishings—some of which are solid wood—and the quiet location invite you to relax. The 65-square-meter vacation rental has a separate entrance with a large terrace and direct access to the spacious garden. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and, in some cases, oak flooring. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. Towels are also provided. The spacious kitchen with dining area is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kitchen island with an electric stove, a ceramic cooktop, and a Bora range hood; a coffee maker with an integrated Senseo brewing unit; a toaster; a kettle; as well as glasses, coffee and dinnerware, silverware, and many other cooking utensils. The living room, featuring a large couch and a flat-screen TV, offers direct access to the terrace and the garden. A free outdoor parking space is available, or a garage parking space can be arranged for an additional charge of 5.00 euros per booking day. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. However, individual arrangements are possible. Pets are not allowed. The municipal visitor’s tax is 1.19 euros per person per day for guests aged 16 and older. The price includes all utilities such as bed linens, towels, electricity, water, and final cleaning.
