Accommodating up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children), you’ll enjoy the utmost comfort in a living space of approximately 160 square meters. This modern thatched-roof vacation home features 160 qm of living space and is furnished to accommodate up to 8 people. Six adult guests and two children can enjoy their vacation in this exceptionally stylish retreat. The house is located just 800 meters from the beautiful beach at Groß Schwansee. Its low-traffic location within a vacation home community and the fenced-in property offer ideal conditions for a relaxing family vacation or a getaway with friends. Your dog is a very welcome guest—for a fee. Directly from the vacation home’s property, you can access a neighboring dirt road. The ground-floor living area, featuring an inviting living/dining room, is designed with ample space, making it accessible to wheelchair users. The interior doors of this stylish home are wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through. In the living area, very comfortable furniture and a cozy wood-burning stove invite you to enjoy a relaxing get-together. A TV and free Wi-Fi are available. The kitchenette, which is superbly equipped, features an induction stove, dishwasher, and much more. You can enjoy your meals comfortably either at the large dining table or, in the summer, on the ground-level terrace. It’s also worth noting that Haus Barkley features four separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed and a TV. A third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, and the fourth has a pull-out single bed, so that two people can stay in this sleeping area if needed. On the upper floor of the house, there is another bathroom with natural light, featuring a bathtub and a walk-in shower. For those special moments of relaxation, we recommend using the on-site sauna—for a fee. The exclusive amenities of this thatched-roof house promise all guests a very relaxing stay. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made for you as part of the included services. A handcart is available for children. You’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer.
