The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. An inviting dining area with a dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals. The bathroom is functionally designed and features a modern shower.

Villa Sanssouci is located on Strandstraße, just about 300 meters from the beach and the pier. It consists of the historic villa in the seaside resort style and the new building located behind it.

On the popular Strandstraße, you’ll find many restaurants and cafés. Small shops invite you to browse. Just a few steps from your accommodation, there are several bakeries offering fresh rolls daily for your breakfast at home or in a café.

The city forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks to Kühlungsborn West.
