This nicely decorated, bottom level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the 1849 Townhomes offers the perfect mountain getaway for your stay in Mammoth Lakes. The property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge, gondola, and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!

This property is a nicely sized 1050 sq. ft. that can comfortably sleep 6 people. The inviting open floor plan has living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a queen-sized pull-out sofa, flatscreen TV, cozy wood burning fireplace, and mountain decor.

The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, TV, dresser and closet for ample clothing storage. The ensuite primary bathroom has a nice sized vanity with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed with TV, closet and easy access to bathroom 2. Bathroom 2 has a small vanity and walk-in shower.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, lotion, hairdryer, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches.

There are 2 outdoor parking passes permitted for this property. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times during your stay and return them upon leaving the condo.
