VOG-2.05 - Vogelsand 1 Apartment Complex

Our comfortable vacation apartment No. 5 is located in a beautiful brick house at Vogelsand No. 135. The apartment is situated in the Döse spa district, 200 m from the sandy beach.

The apartment has its own parking space right in front of the building.

This well-maintained ground-floor apartment features a large terrace with a seating area that includes a large table and adjustable garden chairs for relaxing.

The bathroom has been designed to be bright and inviting. The shower entrance is nearly at ground level for easy access. The shower experience includes a rain shower with a separate handheld showerhead. A hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a large mirrored cabinet are also provided.

The large bedroom features a double bed (new H2 & H3 mattresses from August 2024) and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a double sofa bed. The modern kitchenette includes a convection oven with four hot plates. A dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave are also provided.

The living area features a brick fireplace with a fireplace insert, a leather sofa set, a flat-screen TV with satellite TV, and a stereo system with a CD changer and DVD player.

The vacation rental is equipped with high-speed internet, making streaming or working from home a breeze.

The floors in all rooms feature light-colored designer flooring. Shopping and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.

Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful vacation apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 vacation apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building. 
Recreational activities: Game room with table tennis, foosball, and a ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater surf pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi! in the nearby district of Duhnen.

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
