Enjoy your stay in a central location, right in the heart of Friedrichshafen, the “Lake Constance Metropolis.” Just a few minutes’ walk from the lake, this cozy vacation rental serves as the perfect starting point for exploring the most beautiful destinations in the Lake Constance region. Take a trip to the Alps, go on a Lake Constance cruise, enjoy a shopping spree through downtown, or simply sit back at a café or restaurant along one of Lake Constance’s most beautiful promenades, watch the world go by, and enjoy the lake.
The apartment features a living room with a balcony offering views of the lake and mountains. The open-concept kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. A separate bedroom with a double bed is located away from the pedestrian zone. A bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine is also included in this apartment.
Upon arrival at the property, you can easily and barrier-free reach the apartment on the 3rd floor via an elevator. Dogs are allowed upon prior request. However, they may not be left alone in the apartment so that other residents in the building are not disturbed by barking. We also ask that you provide proof of dog liability insurance.
The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone, and cars are not permitted to drive into the area. Except during delivery hours from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., when you may briefly stop to load or unload, e.g., heavy luggage. The car must not be left unattended, as this constitutes parking, for which a ticket will be issued. Paid parking lots are located just a few minutes’ walk from the apartments, such as the Seeparkplatz at the rear of the harbor and the Altstadt parking garage.
