Experience a Serene, family-friendly getaway in our Stylish, fully furnished vacation home. Relax in the Private Heated pool, surrounded by the Tranquility of our Gated Community, Crystal Cove Resort. Located Minutes away from World renowned attractions, including Disneyworld Parks, Universal Studios, Legoland, and Seaworld, as well as other exciting hidden gems like The Medieval Times & K1 Speed Go Carts make your vacation Truly memorable. We are also located on the same block as Walmart Supercenter, Super Target, Sams Club, and Publix, all just minutes away. To Ensure the utmost safety and security, we have installed three security cameras on the outside of the property. One at the front of the property and two on the sides of the house. Rest easy knowing that your well-being is our top priority. For families with little ones, a child security gate has been thoughtfully installed around the pool area, as well as a door alarm from the sliding door to the back area where the pool is. We Look forward to providing you with a delightful stay, where your safety, convivence and comfort are our utmost priorities.

We enjoyed our week at this vacation rental. The home was clean upon arrival, and the host was responsive whenever I reached out with questions or needed assistance. We appreciated the communication and the overall cleanliness of the property.

The host was great she tried her best to a point . But Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again.The biggest issue was the number of rules that were not clearly communicated before our stay. The home accommodates up to 8 guests, yet only 2 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. This created an inconvenience for our family and guests.Another concern was the constant monitoring by security. Security patrols frequently drove through the community and reported information to the host. At one point, the host contacted me claiming there were 13 people at the property based on security’s report, which was completely inaccurate. Rather than verifying the information first, I received messages from the host each time security made a complaint.I was also disappointed with the grill situation. The grill was locked, and I was informed there would be an additional charge to use it. After purchasing food for my daughter’s birthday celebration, I discovered the grill was not even functional because it was missing parts needed for grilling. This was extremely frustrating and impacted our plans.Additionally, the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Overall, the experience felt stressful rather than relaxing. Between the excessive restrictions, constant monitoring, inaccurate complaints, and unusable amenities, I would not recommend this property and would not book it again

As a host we do have to have rules in place . All of my RULES are listed in my profile . I allow 8 guests that’s including children . I also note in my profile that there is a 2 car maximum at the property it is an HOA community and that is the rules . I also note security will contact you if you do not follow the rules . You told me you had 6 cars, you originally booked for 4 adults and 4 children how did you have 6 cars if there was 4 adults I’m not understanding , you had 10 people sleeping at the property when the max was 8 more than my rules were and that is how many I have beds for 8 You asked me if your brother and another person could stay once you saw I have a ring doorbell and could see exactlky who was coming in . You did not follow the rules posted . when you booked they were all clearly written . Also you never asked for a bbq . You asked the day of your checking in I told you there was a fee of 45.00 for using it , you were not happy with that so I wanted to make you happy and told you that was fine you can use it and I was not charging you . Unfortunately not knowing the bbq was broke my property manager came over and said it was not working . If you had told me before your check in day that bbq would have been checked and made sure it was working but again you not reading my profile seeing there was a charge and we needed to be notified before check in is not my fault . I tried !!! You admitted you did not read everything before booking . I really tried !!!
