I personally inspect the property before every guest arrival to ensure it is spotless, fully prepared, and everything is in perfect working order.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

House Rules.
We kindly ask all guests to review and respect the following rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
Please respect these times to allow proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
• The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
• Weddings, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted on the property.
• Pets are strictly prohibited.
If any evidence of a pet is found, guests will be required to vacate immediately without a refund.
• Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, balconies, or pool area. A $1,000 fine will be charged for smoking inside the unit.
•To ensure proper performance, please do not set the A/C below 72°F, as lower temperatures may cause the system to malfunction in Florida’s hot and humid climate
Do not operate the A/C while windows or balcony doors are open.
• Due to Florida’s warm climate, the refrigerator may temporarily lose cooling efficiency if left open for extended periods, especially with the balcony door open. Please keep the refrigerator door closed as much as possible, it will return to normal temperature within a few hours.
• Children of any age are welcome but please note the property is not child-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks etc. Parents/guardians are always fully responsible for supervision.
Do not allow children to climb balcony railings and supervise closely near the balcony and pool.
• Please treat the home with care and report any damage immediately.
• Occasional outages (electricity, elevator, cable) may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. While rare, these are outside the host’s control. Any issues will be reported promptly and resolved as quickly as possible. No compensation is provided for temporary outages.

• In the event the National Weather Service issues a Hurricane Warning (not a tropical storm) along with a mandatory evacuation for Madeira Beach, guests will receive a refund for unused nights from the date of the warning.
No refunds will be provided for travel disruptions, including canceled or delayed flights.
