Características de la unidad:
La cocina está remodelada con gabinetes de madera maciza y encimeras de granito. Disfrute de su familia y amigos mientras se entretiene en una isla de 5x9, sin perder nunca la vista de la playa. La isla está equipada con un fregadero de acero inoxidable con lavaplatos y lavaplatos, mientras que la cocina cuenta con refrigerador, estufa y microondas de acero inoxidable. Disfruta de una cocina completamente equipada que incluye todos los pequeños electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina que necesitarás. El segundo dormitorio de invitados ofrece una cama queen con vestidor y armario. El hermoso baño de visitas está completamente renovado y tiene una ubicación céntrica, con bañera / ducha y un hermoso tocador con espacio de almacenamiento. Esta unidad se completa con una sala de lavandería en la suite con lavadora y secadora, plancha, tabla de planchar y varias almohadas y mantas adicionales.
Crimson 302 es una unidad para NO FUMADORES. Se ha enorgullecido cada detalle de esta unidad. Esperamos que disfrute de este oasis frente a la playa en los próximos años.

Como unidad administrada por SunHost Resorts, tendrá acceso a bañera de hidromasaje, piscina climatizada, parrillas para barbacoa y esta propiedad estará completamente amueblada con todos los utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama para todas las camas, almohadas adicionales y toallas suficientes para su estadía. Good place

Our family of 6 stayed here. We liked the location, right on the beach. Beach is nice. Pool is good. Room was nice. Chairs and sofa in living area looked shaggy, not that clean. We've stayed in other properties that were much cleaner, which is why i didn't give this 5 stars.

We had a great time on our vacation. The unit was perfectly sized for my family plus my parents came with us for a few days. The negatives I have to point out were that the elevator was broken during our entire stay and we were on the 4th floor, which was an huge inconvenience. It made getting luggage, groceries, beach gear up & down very taxing. My parents are seniors and it made their visit very difficult getting up and down all those flights of stairs. The worst part of all this was I was not made aware of the elevator being broken until after my reservation had been made and my credit card was charged in full. I should have been made aware the elevator was out of service before booking, that was plain wrong in my opinion. Other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed the unit very much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit was fantastic!! However, there are some minor changes that should occur. There was a recessed light missing from the ceiling in the kitchen, master bathroom shower door leaks, cabinet's in master bathroom could use some updating, AC unit needs to be replaced(stopped working 2 times) dryer needs to be replaced (wasn’t drying clothes). Also, it would be nice if some of the basics like salt and pepper and some other simple basics were in the unit. I stayed at another unit in crimson and the cabinets were stocked with basic things and also beach toys. It’s a nice touch especially when you are flying in and don’t have the room in your suitcase for these things.

The master suite with walk in closet, and double sink vanity, patio doors, was awesome! The kitchen island which seats 8 was very nice. However, the washer, which is right by island is so loud, we couldn’t sit at island and have a conversation, or hear the Tv in living room. The mattress in 3rd bedroom is worn, and sinks in the middle. I would give this place a 10, if they could address washer and 3rd bed, but overall nice place!!

Thanksgiving week

The dryer took eight hours to dry a batch of towels, and about five hours to dry our laundry. Need to get maintenance to please check that out. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Beautiful view, excellent location, almost 100%

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has the best view in the complex-talk about a gorgeous view to wake up to and watch a sunset! It was easy to find and the Sunhost staff were always friendly & helpful. I was disappointed, though, in a few things. This unit boasts high end fixtures-which is true-the kitchen island is fabulous, but finish was coming off bathroom cabinets, one bedroom door handle was very loose, the toilet paper holder was very loose and floppy in the master bath, one sink was clogged and wouldn't drain water, the other sinks had no stopper to hold water, there were base boards that looked like they were coming away from the wall, and switch plates didn't fit the switch. It wasn't as clean as I expected for the location and price point and while the master bedroom had a good mattress, the front bedroom mattress and pillows left a lot to be desired. Again, I know nothing is exactly like home but when we paid what we paid, I would have expected a little higher caliber of carpentry/overall maintenance and cleanliness of the unit.The view can't be beat, so I tried to not to focus on the minor disappointments. If a new mattress made its way to the front room, I'd definitely come back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The issue we had was the elevator was not operating when we arrived. We had to bring everything up 3 flights of stairs. I walk with a cane and this was very difficult for me. I called the office to see what would be done. I was told it wasn’t their problem. I was essentially trapped in the condo my first night. Of the 7 days I was there, the elevator worked 3 days. I also felt it strange that they sent maintenance to measure for a new couch while there were guests occupying the unit. I would think there would be time to do that between guests. Overall, I probably would think twice before using SunHost again.

Could use a few updates like new sofa and more comfortable mattress but otherwise condo is nice. Balcony a wonderful area to sit and watch sunset. Pool clean and hot tub nice. Short walk to beach. Only complaint is need for key to get out and in pool area, and need for key to get out and in gate going to beach. Definitely need a key pad to punch in code. With only 2 sets of keys for 6 people it was hard to go in and out without having to call for someone to come open gate for you each time. Felt like we weren’t free to come and go as we would have if we all had a key or if there was a code instead. Inconvenient but still a wonderful vacation and we made it work. Across street from Johns Pass so no need to get in car to go eat and shop. Saw lots of dolphins and even saw 3 manatees. Crystal clear water! Beautiful area!

The location can not be beat, directly across the street from John’s pass and right on the beach. The unit was beautiful and we enjoyed spending as much time inside it as out of it. It had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. We absolutely loved the live music at the Bamboo beer garden and had a great lobster roll at the boardwalk grill on John’s pass. The kids loved the crocodile sanctuary at John’s pass as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone.

The condo fully lived up to the description and was a very comfy home away from home. The location (on the beach with awesome views of gulf and sunsets) was great and having the John's Pass boardwalk with numerous shops and restaurants right across the street was ideal for days when we did not have a car available. All in all, a great place to spend a week and get some sun and R&R.

Only 15 units here, very secure with a key or code needed to get to the lobby/elevator. Pool and beach access were very easy and close. Watch the boats come out of John’s pass as it’s right across the street. Access to shops. Restaurants and water sports.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Crimson 302. We had absolutely everything we needed. The view from our balcony was priceless. For the first time we did not rent a car because everything was in walking distance. The area was fantastic for our teenager to go and do things with friends. The only issue we had was our tv in the master bedroom did not work, and it was difficult to set up the access in general. Not that we watched a bunch of tv, but my suggestion would be to upgrade to smart TVs that include Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. access and then guests can use their own accounts to view whatever like. We will definitely return. We had a great vacation!

Although they did fix some issues it took several days ! We were in love with the spacious condo and the proximity to everything we wanted to do! The sunsets were breathtaking! An update on the furniture, dishwasher and fresh paint is highly recommended. Also note that the dryer is so loud that you can’t watch tv at the same time! Overall we had an okay visit and maybe if they fix the issues we would come back to this unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been coming to Mad Beach the week of Thanksgiving for over 20 years and we have stayed in several different condos. Crimson 302 is by far our favorite. We have stayed in this unit 4 times and have reserved it again for 2021. The balcony view is exceptional, the 3 bedrooms are perfect for the six of us and the short walk to Johns Pass Boardwalk make this an ideal stay.The unit is always clean and management is available to address any issues or questions that you may have.We have stayed in less expensive condos, but this is well worth the extra $$.

The best location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to Crimson 302, after our stay was delayed last year due to Covid. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. We arrived early and were able to check in early. Our unit was updated a few years ago, with beach views and a great place for gathering. We love staying at Crimson and hope to return soon.

Best views and perfect location for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit twice now and plan to come back! It is tastefully decorated and has everything you will need on your vacation. The only thing I would ask is for the owners to change the couch- the current one needs to be retired! Other than that the condo is great!
