Vacation home (115 m²) with a garden

"GOD BLESS" TO OUR VACATION HOME IN AN UPPER FRANKISH FOUR-SIDED COURTYARD BETWEEN FRANKENWALD AND THE FICHTELGEBIRGE The vacation home offers 115 square meters of space across two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. The spacious entryway of the vacation home is located in the former sheep barn. The vacation home features an open-concept living and dining area with a dining table, a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. The vacation home has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The modern bathroom, which gets natural light, features a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. There is also a separate restroom on the first floor of the vacation home. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. You can also use Wi-Fi free of charge during your stay. Infants up to and including 3 years of age stay free in an extra bed (crib available), subject to arrangement. The new barn sauna is available to you at any time (additional fee). Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A separate price will be agreed upon for breakfast, if desired. The fee for pets is a flat rate of 50 EUR per pet per stay. The fee for the sauna is 25 EUR per use.
