If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
**HOUSE RULES**
Exterior cameras may be in use.
No renters under the age of 25.
Sleeping occupancy shall not exceed 10 people.
NO SMOKING! If evidence of smoking is found, you will be charged a $1000 fine.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
All trash MUST be bagged and placed in cans at the end of the driveway.
Do not use bath towels for lake activities.
You MUST pick up after your pets! Dispose of all waste In the trashcans outside.
