This downtown home is bright and spacious. After a fun-filled day at the lake, come home to the tranquility of this space. Relax in the blue-hued living room, prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen, and rest well in the beautifully appointed bedrooms. The lower-level living room features a ping pong table and TV for your enjoyment. Outside, take advantage of the expansive furnished deck. Among the trees, it’s the ideal setting for alfresco dining. Stay out after dark, gather around the glow of the firepit, and stargaze while swapping stories. Located just four blocks from the beach and near the town park playground, tennis courts and basketball courts, this home is in the ideal location for those who love recreational activities. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. Our stay was fantastic! Everything was clean, the vrbo had all the supplies we needed to cook dinner, do laundry. We loved the back patio with a view of the woods. Great location- close to sleeping Bear dunes.

Good rental property!

Our family has been coming up to the Glen Lake area for 40 years and Dunes Trail is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Even though it is not on the lake the backyard is really nice. We will rent this property again.

We enjoyed a great quality stay in a well situated, well appointed and clean residence within easy walking distance to all the wonderful shops, restaurants and activities in Glen Arbor. Highly recommend.

Photos of property make it look much nicer than it is. Furniture very worn and uncomfortable. Almost no water pressure in house, almost impossible to rinse off soap from shower. Listing says 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Actually only two bedrooms but has 3 baths.

This home has been nicely updated since our last stay. The rooms are spacious. The location is wonderful as it is an easy walk to town with nearby access to trails. Fire pit has plenty of wood, and laundry was great.

Dunes Trail had everything we needed to make our autumn stay clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with the cookware we needed, and we enjoyed the easy functionality of TVs, Wifi, and the backyard firepit during our downtime. The property had a secluded, private feel to it being set back in the woods a little, yet we could still quickly and conveniently walk to restaurants and stores in Glen Arbor.

All that we expected

This met all expectations based on the listing. A peaceful hideaway located less than 5 minutes from the the towns. Host communication top notch with a very seamless pick up after hours and easy return. Property was clean and all amenities provided.

Home Away From Home

This rental was everything my family could have wanted! Close to Glen Arbor, the playground, the beach - we could walk to it all. The property was very clean, plenty of space to spread out and relax either indoors or outdoors. Great backyard space that backs up to the woods - we saw deer, turkey and other animals during our stay. Even though it was on a busy road, with the trees and being set back from the road, it wasn't noticeable at all! We're excited to come back next year.
